Catch mudcod and barra straight out the dam! Walk through back gate with direct access to beach (approx 1 km). Enjoy nature - you may even see a cassowary. We are a short drive to the Daintree township and the picturesque Daintree rainforest, full of out of this world flora and fauna. Plenty of opportunity to explore or even go for a day trip snorkling out onto the Great Barrier Reef.

Lovely place to stay on our way up to the Daintree. Barry’s place is quiet and private. We were visited by some ducks and Joe the dog who was so sweet! Easy to locate once we found our way. Toilet on-site and access to water was much appreciated. Thanks for having us Barry!
