Our property is located on the Scenic Rim tourist drive in Wolffdene and offers one fully shaded site on the Albert River. As we only allow one group at a time you will have complete privacy.
The river offers some of the best fishing and kayaking in Southeast Queensland! We have 2 kayaks available free with every booking and please note that all fishing must be catch and release.
We are located only a 10 minute drive from Mount Tambourine and its many attractions, including the Rainforest Skywalk, Treetop Challenge and Glow Worm Caves. There is also a Trout Fishing Farm 300m down the road.
Campfire are permitted outside of fire restrictions and in the fire pit provided but campers must supply their own firewood (do not take any from the property).
Unfortunately, due to the livestock on the property we are unable to allow pets.
Please note there are no toilet facilities and you must be self sufficient.
6 night maximum stay.

We had a great time staying here. There was plenty of shade and heaps of room for the kids to run around. We were able to make a fire and roast marshmallows and even caught a fish there in less than 5 minutes.
Beautiful little well maintained site on the Albert River. Plenty of room to set up however you wanted. The supplied fire pit and kayaks are a very nice bonus to this site. Steve mentioned that there are bass in the river so I took the kayak out and landed 5 within an hour. So its a great little fishing spot as well. Being so close to Brisbane, I highly recommend checking this spot out and I'll definitely be back again.
Amazing place to get away from everything. The highlight for the kids were the kayaks! Plenty of shade and privacy. Steve was an awesome host.
Would definitely recommend and the kids are already asking to go back.

Such a lovely place. We loved relaxing under the trees, listening to the birds. The kayaks are great and would recommend a paddle up and down the river. Steve and Kylie were fantastic hosts and very welcoming. Highly recommended

This place is soooooo good you almost want to keep it a secret! Whooops! Word is out! My family and I think this camp spot is paradise…. We love the Albert River and the access here is second to none. Mowed lawn with natural beach entry to the water. The hosts are 10 star! We love that it was private and we had the place just for our booking. Thanks so much for sharing paradise with us!
