We have one site available, in a paddock right by a large dam. There is power for a van, a campfire (firewood provided) and an undercover area to sit/eat. We have a couple of canoes for the dam, and it is suitable for swimming (provided we have had rain of course!), and so long as you don't mind the occasional turtle! There are plenty of walks on our property and birds and wildlife. We are also a working farm, so farm tours are available by booking - ducks, chooks, geese, sheep, cattle, and house cows, plus veggie gardens, orchard etc
We are 20 minutes from Bundy, 25 from Childers and 30 minutes from Bargara, the beach and surf; the Burnett river is 5 minutes away, as is the nearest pub!
Pets allowed by prior arrangement only, as we must be assured they are under control!

Kathryn was welcoming and knowledgeable.
The site is great. Plenty of privacy, space, cover and views. We are in a 21.6ft caravan and had no issues navigating and parking.

Absolutely adore the peace and serenity. A kayak and swim on the dam, fishing on the river just a couple minutes drive away... perfection
One of the best Hipcamps we’ve stayed in! Peaceful, lots of birds, safe, private and the incredible frog night soundtrack! Kathryn & Allen are wonderful and welcoming hosts, we will be back :)

Wow! We were truely blessed to have been able to stay on Alaryn Farm. Alan, Kathryn and Ben could not have done any more to give us a more enjoyable and restful time! We all enjoyed meeting their animals, going for bush walks, sitting around the fire and chatting with our hospitable hosts. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We hope to visit again.
It was an honour and indeed a privilege to be able to stay on such a magnificent well kept property, where the views and sunsets were amazing. Watching the multitude of bird life on the water and visits from the cows each day was the busiest we ever got. The 'quiet' made reading during the day and sitting around the fire at night so beautiful. The farm tour with Trish and Josh to see the best looked after, healthy and happy animals ever seen was a highlight. Visiting the neighbouring towns of Childers and Bundaberg allowed us the opportunity to vist the Bundy Rum Factory and the Bundy Gingerbeer Factory along with other site seeing opportunities rounded off what was a trully amazing restful and enjoyable 4 day weekend. This stay was so much more than we expected. We absolutely luv'd it. Thank You Kathryn
Very peaceful and relaxing. My kids loved the dam and kayKs as well as the visits withe animals.
