Wilson Campground

Campground is quiet and host was friendly amd helpful on the phone. Season looked like it was just opening up, Very basic bathroom but what we needed. Picnic table at our site was also helpful.

Awesome place. Plenty of freedom to Rome around. Plenty of dead wood laying around for camp fires. Nice little bath house. Price is write.

It was totally worth the $25 I paid on memorial day weekend Last-minute since everything else was booked. This camp is going to be great when the owners finish their renovations-they are making super cute 4 season cabins- but right now they are working on several cabins and there’s just a lot of construction stuff lying around, and several old trailers that look abandoned. There are a lot of small trailers that people have had for many years and the old-timers were very kind to me they let me borrow a rake so I could uncover my site. You do hear road noise it’s not a deep in the woods experience but the sites are big and shaded. I have T-Mobile I got cell service. You’re right by Promised Land State Park. Flush toilets and outdoor showers make it worth the $25 since we were tent camping but no one cleaned bathrooms, no soap, tp out, etc. I don’t believe the owners are on site so there’s no security that I could see.

Very clean and organized camping facility I like the fact that it's not noises very quiet peaceful nobody bothers you very friendly camping experience and we're going to stay a little while cuz we enjoyed it so much Promised Land state park is a mile up the road go kayaking Orleans the beach

The host was quick to respond and the site was definitely a good price. It was peaceful and the spring peepers were in full swing. We were early in the season and we were excited to see the eclipse that night. It was beautiful! The listing did mention a shower but it was a bit of a cold water foot wash station.
