We enjoyed our stay on Tom's land - a small indoor bathroom/water/firewood was available and self-serve, and the site felt private and had a nice view of the pond. The only thing we were surprised by was the hill! While we expected there to be a 100yd walk into the site, we didn't expect that it would be up/down a steep hill. There were two gorilla karts available for load in/out, but it was strenuous. #FYI

Tom was an excellent host. The courtesy wagons for getting your things to your site are a nice touch. The bathroom is comfy and the area is nice. I will definitely be coming back!

Really nice place to camp. Tom provides 4-wheel carts to bring all your gear out to your campsite which made setting up a breeze! We saw deer grazing when we first arrived and the whole setting was very peaceful. Tom also sold us some delicious fresh eggs to enjoy for breakfast. It was obvious Tom puts a lot of work into the land and cares for all his animals. Overall a lovely stay!

Thank you Camille for the very kind comments! I am sorry I did not have a chance to introduce you to the goats. I believe some suffer from the delusion they are four-legged people. They also like fresh leaves you bring them at the gates. All offerings are gratefully accepted. Again, thank you for the kind words.

Tom was a very hospitable host. We stayed at Site #3 and Tom directed us to where we needed to go. I was a huge fan of that site since it was nicely setback in the trees and I truly felt like we had privacy. I was pleasantly surprised how much I enjoyed the Hipcamp experience. I hope I continue to have experiences like I did on Tom’s land.

Thank you for staying. I am glad you enjoyed the setting. We only have a few camp sites, and we wanted them to all feel private, but not be far from the indoor bathroom. It is hard to tell if the attempt worked. Your comments helped us feel the camp sites were possibly successfully located. THANK YOU!

Three of us stayed at site #2 on a motorcycle trip. All three of us were sleeping in hammocks and had ample space and trees to set things up. Site #2 specifically was secluded and very spacious with more than enough room for us.

From where you park to the site is a bit of a walk down a hill but carts are provided to make it easy. The site was well maintained and Tom came by to visit and make sure everything was okay. He even picked up some downed branches and brought them for us to use in the firepit.

Thank you for being so kind. I always like motorcyclists, they have to dodge enough cars and endure the hardships of rain and cold so they respect the property and efforts of others to simply be helpful. It was a pleasure to have you stay!

I booked site 1 for a night. This site is peaceful and you can see the pond right in front. Tom is very friendly and he introduced the facility very well. This site is inside the ridge farm and there are so many cute animals! Thank you Tom for hosting!

What an amazing space and we really enjoyed talking to Tom. It’s a nice big property with lots of private spaces, but also pretty easy access to the sites from the driveway to unload (and to the bathroom and fridge and little shop). Site 1 was gorgeous and so calm. Huge stone fireplace overlooking the pond and woods. We loved the goats and other animals. Careful on the driveway if your car is low, there are big bumps where I scraped the bottom of my car. I went here with my 6yo son and he had a blast. We definitely want to come back soon! Thank you for a nice stay.

Thank you for staying at our host farm. You were great guests! I am sorry for the bumps in the driveway. Without them, the gravel would wash down hill and into the woods! I will try to smooth them out a bit. If you approach these bumps on an angle rather than straight ahead, one tire at a time goes over the bumps and they are much less difficult. Thanks again for staying with us!
