The Dragonfly Yurt
Our experience at this property was so wonderful. The yurt is decorated to be cozy and comfy and has just about any amenity you could imagine. We love to cook and we’re pleased to find an extremely well stocked outdoor kitchen. The animals on the property were very friendly and our son Forest loved looking up at all the trees surrounding the yurt. We also purchased some fresh eggs from their chickens and they were delicious, we even took an extra dozen to bring home. The yurt is a very short drive to the lake and the water was lovely. We would highly recommend this listing!!

The Dragonfly Yurt
If the State Park yurts are minimalist, the Dragonfly yurt is maximalist! It had everything we could have wanted, from cooking stuff to entertainment to bedding and seating. The cooking and bathroom areas are right outside and it still feels like camping with all the trees and sounds of nature (but without the traffic and people noises of a regular campground). Though you can have three adults (and we did), it's better suited for two, maybe plus a small child.

The Dragonfly Yurt
Great location, in the woods, near a lake. The yurt had everything you could need. My mom forgot her toothbrush and there was one available. The hosts, including resident dogs, chickens and goats, were super lovely. Really relaxing!

The Dragonfly Yurt
Very lovely space. The yurt is so well equipped I didn’t need half my supplies; probably one of the best supplied glamping places I’ve been. It is very well maintained. You can tell the animals are well cared for and friendly.
It hit 95+ while I visited and the yurt stayed relatively cooler than I expected. The hosts supplied several fans and a swamp cooler but even without the cooler it was not as hot as I thought it would be. I do recommend leaving everything open when it gets that hot though. The trees and shade provide a nice breeze that helped keep everything cool.
The Wi-Fi seemed to work pretty well for those of you looking to WFH away from home.
It was a lovely little break from the city and we’d be happy to return.

The Dragonfly Yurt
This place is magical; not only the yurt and all of its amenities but the location is amazing. The yurt is in the woods with a short walk to a very pretty lake and park. I hope to return.
