Jennifer’s property is super nice. Lots of room to park our pop up trailer. Beautiful garden, awesome host and adorable welcome offered by Rupert the dog! Really enjoyed the stars while soaking in the hot tub. We’ll definitely recommend this place.
This was a perfect stay for us on our way back from PEI to London, ON.
Jen was a fabulous host, very welcoming and friendly. She showed us around the property, which is idyllic. Our kids had a great time in the pool and running around the grounds, which was much needed after a day of sitting in the car. We also had a lovely sit in the hot tub.
The camping spot was great - private and flat and the porta-loo was very clean (complete with fairy lights to light the way during the night!).
We would absolutely recommend this Hip Camp property and we’ll hope to stay again next road trip out East! Thank you Jen!

In a word, this place is perfect!
We stayed only one night on our way from Toronto to Halifax but as soon as we arrived we wished we could stay forever. Seriously.
Our spot was very convenient, private and very comfortable. Everything was as advertised. Fire pit, picnic table, portable toilet (super clean). We slept really well listenig to the hum of crickets around us. Also, speaking of bugs, there were NO MOSQUITOS! We were pleasantly surprised that we were not eaten alive! We didn't get a chance to try out the pool or hut tub but we definitely will next time!
And last but not least, our host, Jennifer, was the best! We felt welcomed and at home long before we even arrived. She was very responsive and accommodating and even made us coffee and tea in the morning! 11/10!!
