Please note: if using instant booking, please let us know approximately what time you’ll be arriving so we can meet you at the entrance. For campers, booking earlier, please let us know approximately what time you’ll be arriving on the day of your check in.  Come relax and recharge on our secluded land located only 40 minutes from Ottawa and 1h20 from Montreal.  Nestled in the untouched natural beauty of our wooded 130 acre homestead; we have carved out beautiful camp sites for fellow nature enthusiasts, so your not camping behind a house in an open field, this is  pure camping like it should be, We hope you enjoy the calming sounds of the running water nearby, the lengthy trails surrounding us and the privacy that our land has to offer you. We invite you to bring your water sport equipment, ATVs and sense of adventure!  Keep in mind, that we also have an inventory of equipment that can be rented out such as: a canoe, bike with attached child chariot, tandem bike, tent rental and more.  Please reach out to us if you need any additional items for your stay and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Our hope is that guests leave our property feeling both grounded by the calmness of nature and exhilarated by the thrill of disconnecting from their day to day lives.  We look forward to meeting you and working with you to ensure that your experience at our campsite is one that you will remember and will look forward to rebooking in the future.  Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or requests. Thank you!***Site 6 and 10 are ideal for RVs, the other campsites are geared towards smaller sized camping set ups. ***Please keep in mind that this style of camping is more OFF THE GRID  than a typical camp ground with electricity. We highly recommended that you arrive at least two hours before sunset so that you can set up your camp with some natural light.

We enjoyed our night here on Gerry’s land! Beautiful spot on the river! Calming effect with the rapids in the eve and during the night!

Loved our day and half there, Gerry was a wonderfull host, even thought mother nature had to throw us a big curve ball on our arrival time witch made us late because the rain and wind just came at us full force out of nowhere, once it had subsided the site was lovely, it was an excellent get away from the city life. will definitly be back again in the future.

site 5 was really awesome! It was a large section of bedrock right a crashing portion of the river, between two valleys of trees. Very good spot for a fire with friends. The owner of the site was very friendly. Helped carry camping equipment to the site, chatted with us, and delivered wood for the night by canoe at a very fair price. Will go again!

My girlfriend and I stayed only one night but we will be sure to come again! It was a last minute decision to go but only 40 minutes from our house we couldn’t go wrong!

It was super easy to find the sites, the hosts were very friendly and helpful. The views of the south nation river were to die for! Super clean and quiet

Had another great time and tried a different campsite. I was lucky the mosquitos were not out and the weather held up. Thank you again to Gerry for being so hospitable. The place was clean and peaceful. I was even able to try my hand at fishing right from my campsite.
