Loved our day and half there, Gerry was a wonderfull host, even thought mother nature had to throw us a big curve ball on our arrival time witch made us late because the rain and wind just came at us full force out of nowhere, once it had subsided the site was lovely, it was an excellent get away from the city life. will definitly be back again in the future.
Everything went awesomely well, couldn't have thought of a better experience. Gerry the host was very attentive and inviting and incredibly friendly. We have already booked a second weekend and looking forward to our next experience.
site 5 was really awesome! It was a large section of bedrock right a crashing portion of the river, between two valleys of trees. Very good spot for a fire with friends. The owner of the site was very friendly. Helped carry camping equipment to the site, chatted with us, and delivered wood for the night by canoe at a very fair price. Will go again!
10/10 camping experience
by far the best camping experience i've ever had, me and my boyfriend really enjoyed it and would definitely go again, my dog really enjoyed it too, the owners were so friendly and helpful, the environment was so peaceful, the nature is absolutely beautiful! :)
My girlfriend and I stayed only one night but we will be sure to come again! It was a last minute decision to go but only 40 minutes from our house we couldn’t go wrong!
It was super easy to find the sites, the hosts were very friendly and helpful. The views of the south nation river were to die for! Super clean and quiet
Emily & Gerry are very kind hearted, very welcoming. Gerry took the time to show us around and it's a beautiful spot. You really can't go wrong! We thank you for your hospitality Emily & Gerry! We are probably going back next week since we had such a nice time.
Had another great time and tried a different campsite. I was lucky the mosquitos were not out and the weather held up. Thank you again to Gerry for being so hospitable. The place was clean and peaceful. I was even able to try my hand at fishing right from my campsite.
