With miles of wooded trails right outside your doorstep, this tiny house getaway is the perfect retreat. You'll be surprised by how spacious it feels, as this cozy tiny is just right for two. There is a firepit out back and over 100 acres to explore. All of your basic amenities are provided, so come ready to relax and enjoy some downtime in nature!

More adventure is nearby, as Mad River Mountain and Marmon Valley Farm are 5 minutes away and the cute town of Bellefontaine is within 12 minutes.

The space The tiny house is located at the front of 110 acres. This makes it easy to access with 110 acres of wooded trails right in your backyard. Within 3 minutes of walking you will be surrounded by trees and wildlife.

Please note: This property is shared by the owners. We have two privately owned campers also parked at the front of the property. We spend some weekends at the campers, so you may see us around. We have our own firepit and outdoor area that is not visible to the tiny house. We also have a campsite in the woods about 7-minute walk from the front of the property that we rent out on Hipcamp. So you may not be the only guests on the property. With 110 acres, we have lots of room to spread out and share the beauty! Just know that you may not have the whole property to yourself, but you are welcome to roam and explore any area that is not considered "private".

Guest access There is space for 2 cars right in front of the tiny house so you can come and go as you please!

Other things to note The tiny house is parked next to the garden, which depending on the season may be a bountiful site of overflowing veggies and flowers (which you can help yourself to) or a less appealing view of dead plants.

What an amazing Tiny Home and location. Every morning and night we were able to watch deer come into the clearing a feed for about an hour. Home was better then expected, all the comforts of home. Host was behind helpful and accommodating. Only downside was it rained the whole time so we were unable to use the hiking trails, this just means we will have to return in the spring!
