Heritage Farms is a 5th generation, 115-acre farm located in the Cuyahoga Valley National Park. Our primitive campsites are located along the boundaries of the SE portion of the property. We have worked hard to place sites so there is privacy with beautiful views. Some tent sites are just feet from the park boundary. We are a working Christmas Tree farm, so our tree fields are the backdrop for all of our camping sites. Sites 3 & 4 and A, C, E, F, G, H and J have trees perfect for hanging hammocks. If you are looking for a site with afternoon shade try Sites A, B,C,D,E,G and H. Sites.  Sites J and 2 are for sun lovers. Camp site F gives you a little bit of sun, shade and the sounds of the creek . Every site provides you with either a gorgeous sunrise, a beautiful sunset or both. The sunsets at Heritage Farms are awesome.

We loved camping at the farm! The campsites are very spaced out so you aren’t crowded in right next to other campsites. The views are beautiful. The owners are very helpful and attentive!

It was peaceful and quiet. Convenient location to many hikes! Enjoyed visiting with Carol and about the area and family farm. Really enjoyed the novelty of camping among the rows of Christmas trees.

The location is beautiful and Carol is quick to respond. I would definitely recommend booking a site here.

We booked two nights on the farm and unfortunately only stayed one night because of our camp neighbors. For 3 hours we listened to their music and heard them obnoxiously open mouth burp as loud as they could every 5-10 minutes before asking them to stop with the burps. When we asked, they questioned us was with “why?” Before that, they were playing videos of loud burping. Not something we wanted to hear after driving 3.5 hrs to get away from noise. We considered reaching out to Carol about them but it was 10 pm and our camp was completely set up. We didn’t have light to move our site and didn’t want to stir up trouble with the loud neighbors.

The next morning we explained our experience to Carol and she was quick to respond and try to make things right. We decided not to stay the second night because we thought if the horrible

Return Hipcampers here, and will be for the foreseeable future. Heritage Farms is a camper’s dream come true. Easy to access. Great communication with hosts. Canal trail and CVNP yards away. Very quiet and the trees just add to the charm. Shelters are very nice, with picnic tables, and fire pits. Can’t wait to visit again!

To test out new gear I decided to spend a night at Heritage Farms. I chose site F because the description said it was good for hammocks and had both sun and shade. It had all those, though I didn’t realize it was on a hill which made my choice of hammock spot a bit challenging! A good challenge! Their employee, I believe Rachel (I hope I got that right!), was very helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to camp or get a Christmas tree!

An awesome experience just minutes away from my hikes for the day. Had a beautiful sunset and fire pit for the night. A great “A” frame to spend the night under. Would highly recommend to anyone stopping in this area! Clean sites, clean bathrooms, friendly staff!
