This site is designed  for large self driven RVs or pull behind trailers.  Easy pull through parking.

This is one of only two camp sites on our 200 acre parcel of secluded rural farm land. The sites are a 1/2 mile apart and you can't see either site from the other.

What's it like parking here?  There is no one else parked next to you. No one else's blaring music or camp fire smoke, or noisy kids to listen to.  You will hear only birds, insects, coyotes at night, maybe geese, ducks, turkeys calling, foxes barking, bats chirping, frog croaking, wild cats, yes they are here also.  You will only hear your music and natures music.  It is a unique RV location just for YOU alone and secluded.

Full DISCLOSURE, this is a former natural gas well site.  It is flat and has an easy access road.  However there is some pipeline piping sticking up from the ground that is behind where you would park.  We think the benefits of solitary parking out weight the pipe line hardware.  If you are curious you can walk right up to it and take a-look.  It is no longer in use but we still find it an interesting artifact of our societies endless need for energy.

We have a working pasture based farm where you can see how grass fed beef, pork, and chicken are raised (including pasture-raised eggs). Campers are welcome to visit our web site and order your meat and eggs,  red house ran ch. net. We have a large selection of  fresh eggs and various beef, pork, and chicken cuts for your camp cooking.

Campers are welcome to place on line orders and we will deliver them to your camp. Try our fresh eggs and various beef, pork, and chicken cuts for your camp cooking. There's nothing quite like fresh eggs and bacon after waking up to the sunrise over a fog-filled valley. While we are a working farm, much of our property is not grazed or farmed. You are welcome to explore the entire area while also getting a glimpse of sustainable, grass-fed, farming methods.

In addition to hiking trails with incredible views, there are four ponds on the property. One is very large and suitable for swimming and paddling. The other three are smaller and are primarily now wildlife habitat. We have seen golden eagles, blue herons, coyotes, turtles, wild turkeys, foxes, bob-a-links, deer, and great horned owls all on our land! It's the perfect spot for wildlife enthusiasts and bird watchers. Additionally, each pond is easily accessible with mowed paths and one pond has a dock that can be used for fishing or just relaxing by the water. Our area has little light pollution and excellent star visibility, if it's not cloudy. It's also not uncommon to hear coyotes howling every night.

If you're feeling adventurous, there is also a more strenuous hike down into the creek bed where you can find miniature versions of the gorges and waterfalls that our region is known for. We are happy to provide maps and guidance or leave you to your own devices. We just hope you enjoy your stay as much as we enjoy living in this beautiful Southern Tier/Finger Lakes area.

Wow! What a spectacular place. The view was just amazing. So quiet and peaceful. We travel with our four dogs and they had plenty of space to run and play. What a wonderful spot! And super friendly! We highly recommend you check it out! Thanks guys!!

Red House Ranch was a wonderful, quiet, clean place to set up camp. Ike and Dave were fantastic hosts. Between the view of the hills in the distance, the property itself and tranquil nature of the area, the entire experience exceeded my expectations.

My wife, our dog and I had a blast walking the property and simply lazing around at our campsite (#1). I couldn't recommend a stay at Red House Ranch any more highly. If you are like us and cherish peace and quiet this is the place to be. Our campsite has a view of the swimming pond and the tree lined hills in the distance.

Also, we purchased some steaks from the Ranch which were phenomenal. Do yourself a favor and stay here if you are in the area.

Pond view from the camp site gravel pad. Our little camper on the pad. Fire bowl and wood provided (35$)Distance from fire to pond.

We loved our stay at Red House Ranch. The camp site was even more beautiful than the pictures. The view, the wildflowers, the pond, were all perfection. Great place to star gaze at night. Enjoyed meeting the owners and their farm animals. Be sure to order some of the meat from the farm too. So good. We will be back!

I took a solo trip to the Red House Ranch RV site and enjoyed it thoroughly. Ike was a friendly host. On a walk of the property I also ran across his brother Dave, who stopped his work to speak with me for awhile. I felt very welcome. The isolated property is exactly as advertised. Beautiful views, a nice pond, and an ample, flat area to park an rv. I stayed from an early Monday evening through a Wednesday morning. I had a campfire going during most of my time there and still had plenty of wood leftover. There was no one on the other site, and it was far enough away that I wouldn't have known if someone else had shown up anyway. The purpose of my stay was to spend some quiet time alone, but there was cell reception that allowed for me to check on a few things back home and upcoming weather reports. There were plenty of birds in the meadows, frogs, and lightning bugs at night. I purchased some of their eggs and meats, and would highly suggest them as part of your camping meals. I would not hesitate to return to this spot again on a solo trip or with my family.

Very private and scenic place to camp. Wide open spaces with awesome views. My fiance and i came up with another couple and our 5 dogs, dogs were able to run and swim in pond and may have had more fun than we did! Close access to hiking and finger lakes about 20 min drive to South tip of Seneca Lake. No hookups so bring plenty of h2o and bring a generator if youre RVers like we are. Dont forget to order some fresh meats from the farm!!!! Will be back again such a great place to unwind. Thanks Ike!!!
