We are open!  Ask about our Organic apples in the fall and pasture raised heritage meats and eggs available all year round. Visit majesticfarm .com online for detail and check us out on instagram @ majesticfarmheritage to get a sense of the property.

About an 5 minute walk (you'll pass on your way to the site) there is a private shared outdoor shower, outhouse, wash sink with potable water and spot you can plug in to charge near the farm house. There is also a shared outdoor kitchen with a refrigerator, gas cooking range and sink in addition to electrical outlets. There are some tables around the kitchen area as well as a fire pit and grills. This is an active farm - so you can enjoy spending time among the orchard trees and observing the chickens and pigs. This site includes a tiny house, fire pit and picnic table. Please bring your own bedding, there is a full size mattress in the house. Also welcome to pitch a tent to accommodate extra guests. We can provide wood for $10 or $12 with starter log. It is deeply wooded, so you can also forage for wood all around. You would bring all your own tent gear and cooking items. There is a grate to put over the fire for cooking. This is a very woodsy site. You will experience sounds, sites and happenings including animals such as deer, bald eagles, turtles, porcupines, beavers, chipmunks, squirrels, frogs, toads, snakes and more. This area does also have bears & coyotes. We advise not to leave food out at night. There are many insects around and about, so if you don't want their company - bring bug sprays! Bring lanterns/flashlight or even battery operated party lights for fun (and so you can see). As we are an active farm you will likely hear rooster crow, a tractor hum, geese and ducks and pigs as you explore the property. Sometimes during the day we do run the tractor to mow or spray the orchard (organic actually involves lots of spraying of clay, nee and natural products to protect the apples). In October the Orchard is open for apple picking during the day, so there are others on the farm during daytime hours.

Please carry out what you carry in and leave it clean for the next group. There is an area to leave your trash on the top of the road as you're leaving the farm. We deep clean and sanitize between all visitors - and are currently keeping quite a distance to protect you, the site and everybody involved

Be sure to message us if you would like to purchase firewood, meats or apples (listed on our website- majesticfarm . com), or rent our tandem bicycle ($15 day). You can message, we will leave your items for contact free pick-up and you can pay cash or venmo us later.

This is a very woodsy site. It is not a hotel or sterile feel. It is out in nature, there are sticks, rocks, leaves, bugs, rain, mud, and all of the camp type things. The outhouse is an outhouse - so it is not like a hotel room bathroom. You will experience sounds, sites and happenings including animals such as  deer, bald eagles, turtles, porcupines, beavers, chipmunks, squirrels, frogs, toads, snakes and more. This area does also have bears & coyotes. We advise not to leave food out at night. We recommend bug spray or candles as there are many flies and other insects that enjoy buzzing around. As we are an active farm you will likely hear rooster crow, a tractor hum, geese and ducks and pigs as you explore the property. Sometimes during the day we do run the tractor to mow or spray the orchard (organic actually involves lots of SAFE spraying of clay, nee and natural products to protect the apples). You should expect a rustic, woody, campsite type feel - not a typical air b n b type rental apartment.

Please carry out what you carry in and leave it clean for the next group. We clean between all visitors - and are currently keeping quite a distance to protect you, the site and everybody involved. There is a trash area on the main road right as you are pulling away from the property on Majestic Road

The property is a 5 minute drive to the hamlet of Mountaindale, @ visitmountaindale/ mountaindale dot com which has a lovely Rail Trail for hikes and bikes, and some excellent dining options including @ highvoltagecatskills, in addition to creek bar a magical cafe & bar with outdoor seating and fire pits that serves delicious modern Polish American comfort food, great cocktails, and has live music and events on weekends. There is also an artisan pizza spot with indoor/outdoor seating, hipster vibes and fun cocktails and live music @ thedaleNY

For shopping you can also stop by @ forageandgather - they have foods, meats, gourmet deli and coffee and carry all the little things you may have forgotten to bring along in addition to a locally and craft focused wine and spirits shop. Also stop by @ ambikaboutique and get some hand crochet bikinis or angora hats and vintage clothing in addition to local jewlery. Check out a full herbal apothecary with gifts and body products @ witcheyhandmade, in addition to a few other small shops in town.

There is superb hiking nearby at Neversink Unique Area in Rock Hill. Also Bashakill trails (and conveniently a vineyard with tastings and events right nearby). Your'e also about 30 minutes away from super cute fun larger towns and attractions like New Paltz, Livingston Manor, and tons of incredible Catskill hiking and nature opportunities. NOTE! There's an excellent Farmers Market on Saturday's in Rock Hill from 10-1pm from June to September also. Come find us there!

Very nice, clean, and cozy. We had a great time! The doggy greeters might have been our favorite part, the little farm and apple picking orchard was super cute too! Definitely recommend

Such lovely little details, like the painted toilet seat and mulch in the outhouse. Cabin was inviting - beautifully decorated and immaculate.

We are big fans of Majestic Farm! We were originally slated for Overlook but there was a conflict they swiftly adjusted for us! It was rainy but Brett and Sara were súper helpful in us making the best of our muddy cold time- and in the end we had a GREAT time. Tiny House was really sweet too. Woody doesn’t have the best flat spots like Overlook does but we made it work with our group of nine and really enjoyed it! ALSO, they have built out this great communal kitchen space so we are definitely looking forward to returning!!!! Thank you Majestic!

I took my daughter to Majestic Farm for apple picking and her first overnight camping experience. What a great decision! The Woodsy Camp Tiny House was the perfect campsite! Highly recommended for a beginners camping trip and nice romantic getaway. Pick up the maple breakfast sausage and a dozen eggs while you're there too!

A great area and awesome place to camp. Camping on an apple orchard has a lot of great benefits! We stayed at the "Woodsy Camp" campsite with 4 people. I think this was a good size group for this particular site. Our favorite part of the trip was exploring the grounds and visiting the chickens and pigs on the farm. Hosts (and their animals) are very nice and accommodating!

We had a wonderful time at Woodsy Camp! The site was spacious, private and well-maintained, and the hosts were helpful and welcoming. We picked up fresh eggs and meat from the farm, which were delicious. Will definitely return whenever we need another escape from the city!

The area was beautiful but the site lacked any really flat places for a tent and there were a bunch of drop offs to worry about. We really enjoyed ourselves but a sleeping platform would be a serious upgrade.

Warm and beautiful, felt like home.

One night at the Majestic farm and you are hooked! Host were amazing and they were their when needed. Farm was beautiful and well kept. Felt like this was what I was missing in life, a free and natural environment to connect with Mother Nature. It could not get any better then this. I will be coming back soon.
