We have a separate listing (search Historic Riverside Farm- Site 3) for "Site 3", our smaller site, which has a more direct view and access to the river.
We also have a "Glamping" Site through another platform. Please reach out for more information if you are interested.

Beautiful riverside farmland with multiple locations for different groups. Each location is separated at least a hundred yards from the next, with shared porta potties. Our space had a picnic table, fire pit, and access to the river. Sam was kind enough to get some firewood for us at a low cost.
We had an amazing time at Historic Riverside Farm! It was our daughter's tenth birthday camping trip - with a couple of other parents and 8 of her friends.
The site is beautiful, right on the Wallkill River. The kids went bathing in the river both days, played in the field and a hammock we brought as well as on the two beautiful "porch swings" on top of the hill...overlooking the river and the camp sites.
Sam and Melissa are great hosts: we got firewood and fresh eggs from them.
We had our dog with us as well - he did not want to leave and neither did the kids!

second time visiting, love this property so much! The hosts are super welcoming and helping while giving you plenty of space to enjoy nature. The well water pump tastes great, top quality firewood, spotless portapotty. Another wonderful experience on Hipcamp. Thanks for having us-
Our experience at this site was beyond what you expected. It was beautiful and amazing in every way! We were site 1! It’s in the back of the field in the corner right by the river! Plenty of space for several tents and felt very secluded from others. You can literally hear the water from the river as you sleep and see the stars through the open field with a campfire burning. You can swim in the river and also fish! (I recommend you wear shoes) it’s not deep but the rocks can be sharp. Sam was a very nice host and made sure we were well taken care of. I 100% recommend this spot and we will definitely be back!

My group enjoyed a very nice getaway here. It's a lovely piece of land, the campsites are generously large and flat, and they're well-spaced apart. We plan to return.
I loved this location. Very peaceful and so nice to be right next to the river. Nice firepit and picnic table. Some great trees for hammocks. The dogs absolutely loved it too. We have a 26ft camper the turn from their driveway to the road that leads to the sites is a little tight but doable. Would definitely go back!

Beautiful property. We felt like we were in the middle of nowhere which is exactly what we wanted. The campsites are right on the river so you can fall asleep to the gentle sounds of the water. Sam was a great host. We will be back.

We stayed in campsite 1 over the Memorial Day weekend. It was one of the best experiences I've had camping. The property was beautiful, well manicured, clean bathroom, and the most gracious hosts. Sam had great communication and was always available, gave us recommendations, and brought us firewood ahead of the storm. What a wonderful place, I would highly recommend and would love to come back. (although they're booked out way ahead of time so book accordingly)

Great site with acres of land for the kids to explore. Picturesque landscape that makes for gorgeous sunrises, sunsets, and falling sleep to the sound of water rolling down the river. Tremendous privacy; it felt like we were the only ones around. Close by to some fun activities like Angry Orchard, Gardiner Brewery, and hiking in Verkeerderkill Park. Hospitable hosts who communicate very well with their guests. Looking forward to coming back next year.
