What a fabulous weekend we had! Mike was a great host. He was there to greet us and show us around the property. We brought our RV, and the site was large, there were chairs and a fire pit, and plenty of wood! We took a nice hike around his property. We saw a few of the tent camping sites as well, and they were all set up with the fire pit, wood, and chairs. The location is excellent, we were less than 2 miles from all of the restaurants in Livingston Manor. We can’t wait to come back again!

Hiking around the property!

Probably one of the best camping sites I have ever visited in a while. Mike showed us a site which was far enough from his place and other campers. The dogs were super friendly and it was so much fun!!
If I have to point out one thing, then maybe a driveable road to the camping sites can be done to make it more accessible, but again by far the cleanest and the most accommodating camping ground ever. Most likely will pick this place for my go-to camping ground.

Truly a picturesque place to be with an extremely helpful and generous host. Privacy is also easy to accomplish here. Additions to the camping areas are ongoing and the infrastructure of this place has a lot of promise. I would definitely not hesitate to stay here again when in the Catskills. The dogs are endlessly entertaining as an added bonus to an already perfect camping experience.

This place is fantastic. The campsite was set up really well and had a bunch of extras I wasn't expecting (charcoal grill, picnic table, tables, etc). I took my mother and her sisters on their first camping trip and this place was perfect for what we needed. Having a bathroom and sink to do dishes in was fantastic. Mike also provided a lot of firewood. He was a very friendly and accommodating host!

The property itself was very big and trails were well maintained. I would highly recommend this place for car camping with a more woodsy feel. There are also a ton of trails and other outdoor adventuring opportunities very close by.

I also noticed a lot of additions/improvements in the works and am excited to come back and see all of the upgrades.

Please note that Google Maps is a couple hundred feet off from the actual entrance.

We had a great time staying at the Blue Wind Nature Camp! Mike was super hospitable - greeted us when we got there and gave a quick tour of the camp grounds. He offered us tonssss of wood, lighter fluid to get our fire started, a grill and plates/cups/cutlery. He’s got a couple campsites set up and we got to be by the one closet to the outdoor sink and bathroom for quick access.

The campground recently opened up so it’s still being worked on. There’s just acres and acres of forest and Mike shared what he has in store like a tree house, pond, meadow, etc. I am excited to see what comes!

Thanks so much, Mike! We were so happy to camp there and looking forward to camping there again :)
