Gorgeous fresh water that is none tidal, we also have two sets of rapids on our river front with a great stretch of smoother water in between, which makes for some great paddling, fishing, stand up paddle boarding or just relaxing in a floaty.
Cattle and horses roam the river flat as we are a beef breading cattle farm.
Our property is situated across the road from the Mann River Caravan Park. This allows access to shop facilities for top us like ice, gas, take away food, an afternoon ice cream or canoe hire or planning a canoe trip on the river.
There are some great day trips to explore the area from your camp, other river crossings like Cangai, Hanging Rock, Coombadjha, Lliydale, Copmanhurst and many more. You can also head up the Gibraltar Range and check out Waspool National Parks, for some rainforest walks and bird watching or Boundary Falls.

Lovely manicured campsite right on the Mann River. Charming, gracious hoss and a wonderful location. Not far from Cangai with all of the benefits and none of the crowds. Just a couple of camps (at Easter) in a very large area. Highly recommended, we will be back for sure.
I had a wonderful camp with my daughter at Westbury Downs. Lynell was great with her communication & the spot was just magic. Nestled amongst hills & overlooking the pristine Mann River. Couple of friendly horses too, which my daughter loved. 100% recommend!
Awesome, spacious campsites overlooking the river. Easy access off the main road and with just the pleasant sound of the rapids. Would certainly stay again!
Lynell was a welcoming host who has a beautiful property on the river. With only a handful of sites she understands that we campers want space. We will definitely be back….hopefully the sun will shine for us next time !

Beautiful spot of the lovely Mann River. We just spent a 5 night family Christmas Camp. The kids had a ball swimming and fishing. This is the 2nd time we have camped here. It is now on our list of favourites 😊😊😊
