Peaceful campsite close to CBD
This peaceful campsite is great for RV's as we have normal power available to plug into and great amenities including a flushing toilet, water, hot shower, a laundry, gas BBQ and shade.
Campers do need to bring their own hoses and power leads that will plug into an ordinary power socket (not 15amp).
Great location for Tamworth Country Music Festival and a short

Great location for Tamworth Country Music Festival and a short (2.5km) walk or cycle into Tamworth CBD.
Our 20 acres are on the Peel River. Even though we are only 2.5kms from the CBD we are surrounded by lucerne paddocks and our road is quiet with no through traffic. However the campsites are not on the river - but are only a 400m walk away to a lovely cool dip.
We only have two RV sites open so you will have the place pretty much to yourselves and be Covid19 safe.

What a great place to stay. Power, water and plenty of privacy. Close to town without any noise.
Friendly and helpful hosts.
Would definitely stay again.
Thanks for a relaxing holiday!
Had a wonderful time at Christine's beautiful setting for our caravan looking down the poplar lined paddocks, facilities were great too, nice and close to Tamworth town easy drive or walk in along the tree lined street, very pretty area , nice and quiet.
Christine was a fabulous host really enjoyed our time there and will be rebooking again soon. Thanks for having us Christine x
Beautiful surroundings. Shady trees to camp/park under. Clean and comfortable amenities. Friendly host.
Lovely flat, well grassed areas to pull up . Access to power and water, a toilet and hot shower as well as a BBQ, tables and chairs set up under cover. Great facilities !
Thanks Christine for your hospitality 😊

The camp was surrounded by pastures snd mountains in a beautiful serene setting.
It had all the facilities but without the crowds.
"Peaceful campsite" accurately describes this fabulous, green oasis of a Hipcamp. Christine and David made us feel very welcome and offered us the most perfect covid safe haven while we waited for our traveller covid test requirements (to get over the Qld border). They're avid bird rehabilitators, have a couple of horses, a lovely dog and a beehive. We thoroughly enjoyed the birdlife & listening out to a few different frogs. We were the only campers there at the time, so we we had the ensuite and campsite to ourselves - perfect! Highly recommend this Hipcamp if you want seclusion.
