The property is situated close to the exquisite Hunter Valley wineries if you choose to head out and enjoy fantastic wines, great scenery, unique tasting experiences and many top restaurants, but also provides a quiet peaceful stay away from traffic and noise.
This campsite suits self-contained campers with own camping toilet/shower amenities and drinking water. Rubbish/recycling facilities provided.
Campfires permitted, and you're welcome to bring your own generator.
Activities and experiences close by include the iconic Hunter Valley Gardens, the Hunter Valley Zoo, 150 wineries and cellar doors to tour, the Hunter Valley Cheese Factory, the Hunter Beer Co., the Hunter Valley Chocolate Company, Hot Air Ballooning , Hunter Valley Golf course, Horse Riding, Segway Tours, Helicopter Rides, Hunter Supercruise (cruising through wine country in a high performance car), or experiencing seasonal activities such as outdoor concerts where you can catch some of the world's best performers such as Elton John, Bruce Springsteen, Cold Chisel and The Rolling Stones through to taking the kids to Snow Time in the Hunter Valley Gardens in July.
The property has horses, miniature horses, cows, pigs, dogs, chickens and ducks you can visit.
We can offer horse agistment for an additional cost per night if you are travelling with your horse/s. They will be housed in their own paddock with shelter and fresh water. The property also offers a round yard and an olympic size horse arena that your welcome to utilise.
