Great little overnighter spot, not a far drive off the freeway.
Was lovely to have the horses roaming in the paddock with us, & not a bother at all.
The name says it all, Peaceful Paddocks yes it was. A nice surprise was all of the varied bird life - Yellow tailed Black Cockatoos; Willie Wagtails; Galahs; Rainbows; Roselas; Noisy Friarbirds; Olive backed Oriole; Magies; Magpie Larks and Crested Pidgeons. There were also plenty more that we heard but couldn't sight them. Easy access and great directions. Loved it.
It was a nice peaceful spot to camp if you do plan to stay here bring some bug spray because the mozzies and bugs are pretty crazy but overall a nice area
Barb's land is a beautifully peaceful bushy area with good flat places either under the shade of trees or in the full sun. The birdlife creates a relaxing atmosphere. There is plenty of space between campers. Barb provided excellent communication for booking. I definitely recommend this site to those who like a natural setting and especially to avoid the crowded tent cities at nearby caravan parks in peak periods.
