Dogs are welcome but must be strictly on a lead at all times. There is a dog kennel available if you want to leave your dog and go to town or the Country Music Festival.
Generally most people stay and camp near the horse barn. Indoor shower and toilet available and there is a outdoor hot shower and a sink for washing dishes. There are also a laundry facility with large tub washing machine (cold water). $5 ask for the key. Clothes line available.
The outdoor shower is private but has no roof so you can shower under the stars. Picnic table provided fires in winter are allowed if you have a firepit. (fire bans in summer)
Be aware there are stock dams in paddocks that are not fenced or child proof. Keep children from them. The barn is out of bounds to children. Bush walking is allowed but inform the owner first as some areas will have livestock. Interaction with horses is only allowed over the fence.
Transported horses are also welcome...yards available.
Price is per person. Children under 12 are free.

This is a great way to spend your time away from everyone else and the hospitality from Dawn was so good showing us around the farm feeding the horses and showing us the great view on her beautiful property, that she is happy to share with people travelling and looking for new experiences. Much better than a caravan park to stay and very quiet. Will definitely be back.
Lovely spot on the hill with lots of animals nearby. We loved visits from the family’s pet dog, Jonah! Having access to a clean toilet and shower was a bonus! Very conveniently located 5 minutes out of Tamworth.

I loved parking up my pop top van at Dawn's farm. Gosh.. what a view the sunset was certainly one to remember...
Directions were easy pezy to find the place and the outdoor shower with hot water was a real treat!
Great spot with good amenities for a great price, beats staying at the van parks. Wake up to the horses in the next paddock who are always happy to have a rub. Dawn is very friendly and accommodating. Close to Tamworth and everything you need.
Beautiful outlook on a lovely property with chance to pat the horses. Dawn was welcoming and drove us to the hilltop for a great view.
