We were in Dungog for a weekend event and this was the only place available to camp. Most sites are sloping, the concrete we were on was very broken and slimy and muddy due to rain, the surrounding grass was very long meaning getting soaked to the knees, there was very limited toilet paper and although I managed to find a hot shower under the grandstand, later in the morning when my friend tried it was cold. The shower in the ‘amenities’ block was cold. The site did have power, there was a tap nearby, and if you need one there was a dump station. It’s close to the town.
The showground is located very close to all that Dungog has to offer. It has fabulous views. It is the only place for caravans etc to stay and it is the gateway to Chichester Dam and many lovely nearby hamlets and picturesque countryside drives.
The amenities are clean and well maintained.

Nice large sites. Great town and great brewery. Only place to camp in town. Walk to town and ride to Dungog common. Great value.
Nice quiet spot… easy to pull up with a 19ft van. Great drinks at Tin-Can Brewery and awesome meal at the Bank Hotel.

Good location, close to clean, and well maintained amenities, however, needs better signage.
Didn't end up staying due to the alllocated site being on a decent slope. Difficult to find grassy even ground for a tent.
