This is a quiet setting in southern New Mexico just one mile off McNutt Rd on a dirt road. There is plenty of space to stretch your legs and enjoy a view of the Franklin Mountains and if you are lucky some of our wildlife. A great place to spend a quiet, safe, stopover. You are within easy reach of White Sands National Park, Hueco Tanks Park, Franklin Mountain Park, and all the amenities of El Paso , Texas.

Sally’s place was easy to reach off I10 but also extremely quiet which was just what we were looking for after a long day’s drive. We loved listening to the birds in the morning! Sally was very responsive to our last minute booking. We would definitely go back!
We stopped here for an overnight stay on our way West. Easy access off 1-10. Water hookup, nice views, and felt safe. I recommend.
My husband found this while we were on our honeymoon. The land is nice soft sand and secluded. We stayed at the site by the bathroom and let me tell you it was by far the cleanest porta-potty I have EVER seen or used! The view of El Paso is beautiful from the site and the stars were bright! We will absolutely be back when we take our kids to Texas. Thank you for allowing us to stay on your property Sally!
Great location. My wife and I found this NWM. The background is the city, followed by the mountains. Truly a breathtaking view. We really enjoyed our stay. Sally was extremely kind. She guided us through as we arrived just as the sun was setting.
Sally was an awesome host and her one is very peaceful! I highly recommend this place to anyone stopping by in the area.

a very easy and enjoyable experience! the location was well marked with signs, and there was also an informative sign describing the amenities and the location/wildlife of the area. the area for camping had a few choices for where to pitch, and all had a great view of the surrounding ranges. a nice quiet night in the desert!

Seems fine but maybe hard to find in the dark. We opted to stay somewhere else so we didn’t get in a difficult position with our camper and rig... nonetheless it’s a very nice and helpful host!
