Description

Lose yourself among the tall pines of northern New Mexico in Little Oso primitive campground. The campground is settled on the shore in Heron Lake State Park. If you enjoy some peace and quiet, you’ll be happy to hear that boats can only operate at no-wake speeds on the “quiet lake”, so set sail or grab a paddle. Fishermen rejoice! There are record-size trout and kokanee salmon swimming around those waters. See if you can catch something good enough to cook on that campfire later, and make the rest of your crew really happy.
