Reservation confirmation was fast. Very nice area
We drove up into a Garden of Eden with a donkey, a horse, two dogs, and a helpful and charming host. The spot was wooded and serene, the walks with our dogs were great a forest path right near by. I am new to using a trailer and Carmen offered to back mine into the spot. All four of us (two sisters and two dogs) all enjoyed it immensely. Loved meeting her kids and Einstein the donkey.
Family friendly and accommodating, the kids loved the animals, fun and the manger, real MT experience.
Was just what I needed. Easy drive from Missoula before heading over to Nez Perce to camp. Nice spot as described! Friendly family, nice dog who plays fetch, and a horse and donkey who greet you in the morning. Recommended for what it offers!
What a pretty spot at the top of a winding driveway! Private and quiet, we enjoyed our stay in among the trees.
The Forest Hideaway is clean and quiet and truly a hideaway in a forest. Having said that, it is not far off the highway and easy to get to- even in a 22’ RV. We met some friendly dogs there and had a very restful evening after a hard days travel.
This was a cute little spot. It sits on a hillside so if you are staying in a trailer that you can level up it would be fine. We had planned to stay in our tent and could not find a suitably flat space for the tent and forfeited our reservation to go to a nearby campground.
Wonderful! The road seems daunting but it really isn’t. Loved the horse and donkey roommates. Would go back any chance I got!!
