Fantastic! The hosts are amazing and truly care about your stay. It’s quiet and safe. I think located in the most beautiful part of the country with nearby access to great fishing and wonderful restaurants. It’s been a real treat and I will be staying again.

We've been traveling and camping cross country and found this gem just off the interstate, and we were seriously spoiled for a day!! We got there a bit late, it was almost 10 PM but they came out to greet us and had a campfire going for us, plus a complimentary smores kit. It was a wonderful snack after a day of travel and we were able to unwind by the fire before setting up camp. Then, in the morning, the owners had let us know that we could go out and pick blackberries and we were able to harvest about a pint. The owners were so awesome and we're so grateful we found this place!

This was our first stay using Hipcamp and it vastly exceeded our expectations. The farm was lovely, wooded and private. Teresa greeted us with a welcome gift (makings for s’mores), lit our campfire and even gave us a pint to pick blackberries. It was a welcomed respite and I can’t recommend this stop enough. In hindsight, I wish we would’ve stayed more than just one night.

Private. Don’t let the entrance at the road fool you. Once you get into the property itself it opens up and is beautiful.
Make sure to write your directions down as I had no Internet or phone service in this area.
And as in all places where there are lots of trees in the Midwest watch out for the ticks.

Excellent stay, they were great hosts! Met me at the gate even though I had an early morning arriving from the travel and were mist accommodating. Because of an open availability, they even gave me an upgrade on my camping spot, had a fire going for me, a lantern set up so I could see to set my tent up, and even gave me a goodie bag to complement my visit. They explained the layout of the property, restroom area and place to take a shower. They couldn’t have been more gracious during my stay and always timely responses to my communication texts. Only wish it hadn’t been such a busy trip for me, would have loved to visited w/them more. Be mindful, it is a working farm and you have the normal dogs barking, coyotes howling, and various farm animal noises in the background but they even offered for me to pick a few berries while I was there. It was most definitely my best hipcamp stay to date! I’d go back and I plan to be back in the area sometime in the future. Nice part of the country there in Missouri and I had cell service everywhere I went while there. (Just an added extra, but Marshfield is about 8 miles away. If you like fried Walleye, be sure to make that lunch stop @ Grillo’s Cafe in town, they will hook you up! :-)

A little bit of a scenic country drive from 44 West we found an amazing spot! We paid $6! Plis a $3 service fee! They welcomed us even though it was getting dark..gave is a beautiful tour of all of their different options. Being in a low clearance prius, we chose the pull off spot, closest to the outhouse! They started a beautiful fire for us. Included a surprise welcome bag of s'mores for us to enjoy! They do offer a shower though it's more a sprinkler from a deep well! Very refreshing for summer!! My son loved it! We were able to pick all the blackberries we wanted to eat! At least a quart's worth for us and gave us a bunch of free homemade scented soaps and flavorful hand crafted all natural organic lip balms! I got vanilla, kid's got bubble gum, and a few more! (Ok to eat if kids accidentally do we were told.) The hosts were warm, open, and friendly. They go above and beyond to make sure you're comfy. And we totally were! Secluded sweet gem of a spot! Please drive carefully on the paths. My Prius liked the pull off spot. The other spots are absolutely unique and adorably well thought out. This is on our list of "secret hidden gems" but I'm telling you...totally worth the trip!! We highly recommend !! Thank you Theresa and family!!
