This was our second time at the creek. It truly is a magical place each time we visit. The kids love splashing in the creek and interacting with all the animals. Buy the jamb and all the other extras, your won’t be disappointed! We will be coming back again!
Wonderful Stay, our 9 year old especially enjoyed all f the animals and the ability to roam around the property on her own. Especially enjoyed being the only ones on the primitive camp spots and were thrilled to find games to play in the communal kitchen area. The flushable toilet was a real perk!!
Lovely to be able to get soap and fresh eggs! The hosts were very kind, accommodating, and very helpful. Will be back again!
Easy primitive camping! Easy access to water and bathroom but truly felt tucked away in nature. Wood easily found, with a sweet little creek paralleling the campsite. Wonderful host that made you feel welcome and at home. And heads up- biscuits are amazing! Can’t wait to return.
Peaceful and restfull
I was looking for some peace and quiet and rest from every day life and was definitely able to find that at Creekside Farm Co. It was rainy most of the time I was there (3 nights) so I didn't do much exploring but it seems as though the property has a lot to offer if you are seeking peace and relaxation. I plan on going back again!
Perfect escape from new orleans
Ms Alicia and her family were so friendly and helpful. The property is beautiful and quiet (other than the ducks, turkeys, and chickens who just add to the ambiance). The campsites are developed just enough to make life easy, but not overdone so you don't feel like you're glamping.
If you're looking for an easy escape from New Orleans, or on a road trip through the southeast and feeling frustrated by the lack of camping options, Creekside Farm Co is the place to go. The price is right and the people are great, you can't beat it.
One of our favorite spots
Alicia was literally beyond accommodating for our group! She was so inviting and went above and beyond to show the kids all of the animals and talk to them about the entire property. The primitive sites were secluded enough to feel completely off the grid. Her dogs were great with the kids and played all day with them in the creek. I would definitely recommend this location and will return in the future!
