It was our first family camping trip and we arrived shortly before dark (not ideal and totally my fault). The directions were great, it was neat to see the animals, and the campsite was perfect. I love that it's not too far from the cities but you get a real camping experience. My kids had a great time even though it was freezing at night (again, Mom's poor planning).
We had a great time! Great spot and other than a few bottle caps (which I blame on previous users and not the site owner) it was in pristine shape. Get the eggs for sale because they are very tasty and inexpensive. We like them so much we got a second dozen on our way out. Our host was very accommodating and quick to respond to questions. Hundred percent will return!
The animals were nice and cute. The trails were very pretty. Large campsite area. Very nice bathroom and sink. Recommend the cot and hot sauce, pickles and eggs. Suggest the farm tour very nice to pet some animals.
Fantastic experience!! Great property and kind hosts! 10/10 sink and toilet were perfect. Fire safety kit was super smart.
Very nice, secluded, private site. Nice touches like a camp sink and latrine made this a very comfortable stay.
I had an amazing stay, Jon was helpful and so kind. The animals were awesome to see. And a beautiful little trail to walk around on, I saw some wild turkeys too! . Definitely will go again in the future!
Quiet, peaceful, well-maintained and easy to find.
Jon's campsite was perfectly secluded and accommodating for a weekend to disconnect. There was a bathroom, wood provided, and some nice trails on the property as well. I would definitely recommend to others :)
