Description

Okay, so let’s get the nitty gritty out of the way—this small gem of a campground is only open for a mere 28 days. Yup, you read that right! If you want to camp here, you’ve gotta go in May. And, you’ll definitely want to hit this place up, because it has some of the best wildlife viewing in the entire National Forest. You could hang out with whitetail deer, eagles, porcupines, and other critters right at your tent or RV, though they probably won’t go all Snow White and help you clean up before you leave. You’ll be pretty darn close to Cut Foot Sioux Lake, but the dense tree cover blocks the view. That’s okay, though, because what you lack in lake views, you’ll gain back in sweet, sweet privacy.
