Backroad's Woodland Retreat

Stay in our fully-functioning guest camper on our idyllic woodland property, with access to the Roseau River, hiking trails, a herd of friendly horses, and close access to heritage and historical sites such as the Tall Grass Prairie and St. Michael's Historical Ukrainian Church. 

Our guest camper sleeps up to four and features a bathroom, stove and mini-fridge. We also have an enclosed fire pit with a grill for you to use.

Take advantage of the Roseau River, which runs through our property and is perfect for canoeing or kayaking (we have a guest canoe available). We also have groomed walking/cycling trails on the property where you will see lots of birds and wildlife.

You can even meet our herd of friendly horses that you can photograph, talk to, and love on. 

If you want a quiet, backroad camping experience without distractions, this is the place for you!

If you want to bring more than 4 guests, you will need to bring a tent. Don't worry, there's plenty of room.
