The Lookout is an amazing piece of property with elevations and expansive south facing views of Clear Lake, Rainier, Olympics, and the foothills of the Cascades. The site is perfect for sunsets, a launch pad to activities in Skagit Valley, and most importantly several private mountain bike flow trails (intermediate and experts only at this time). The Grove

98%
(27)
RV/tent site · Sleeps 8 · Vehicles under 30 ft
The Grove is our newest campsite, offering plenty of shade and natural protection from the elements — a welcome contrast to some of our more exposed sites. You’ll still enjoy beautiful views while staying cool and comfortable. A raised seating area gives you space to relax while keeping the main pad open for tents, gear, or group activities. Right now, the site easily accommodates up to 8 campers, making it a great spot for families or small groups. Looking ahead, we’re expanding with a dedicated tent area to the left of the main pad. Once topsoil and grass seed are in place, The Grove will host even larger groups while keeping its peaceful, shaded feel.

Bob Ross

100%
(12)
RV/tent site · Sleeps 4 · Vehicles under 20 ft
Bob Ross will make you feel like you’re stepping into one of his masterpiece paintings. The road to the site is gravel with no markers or railings, and it is situated along a cliff — so drivers must be cautious and confident in their driving skills. PLEASE DRIVE SLOWLY! This site is fully exposed with no shade, making it best suited for campers who come prepared with sun protection (canopy, tarp, or hat). In return, the open setting gives you unobstructed views of the surrounding landscape.
