Worst experience ever. Terrible 🤮
Where to begin. First of it took forever to even find and the host was not answering so that wasted an hour. The directions sent me blocks away from the actual location and in a rural area with very little signage it was impossible to get my bearings. Secondly I know it states you might need to level in the description and that’s because there isn’t a single level spot there. This place looks like someone took a front end loader and just pushed all the ground clutter out of the way put a couple of chairs, a chiminea and a tiny table and called it a camp site. There are roots everywhere and the space is extremely uneven, cramped and littered with debris. There are ant trails all through the camp and not really a place to set anything up that isn’t directly on one. The dirt has not been packed and is very, very soft. I spent 45 minutes just looking at the spot try to figure out a decent way to establish camp before I just gave up. It may not sound like it but I am actually not very picky. There was just no way to make it work. I drove 2 hours back home instead of staying for a trip Id planned a month for and had other guests coming $400 in groceries and a lot of time. When I mentioned I didn’t mind paying for Friday but would like a refund for the other 2 nights I was basically lied to saying no because on Hipcamp couldn’t be done. This place has had absolutely zero time, effort, or planning put into it. I was believe the good reviews were owner generated. Waste of time$$

Really pretty spot! It was very relaxing! Jennifer was SO accommodating and made us extremely comfortable. I would 10/10 recommend camping here. Jennifer is very easy to talk to and she went out of her way to help me get reserved. She keeps everything very clean and it was a wonderful experience.

Good if you dont need total privacy
The space (campsite) was enough for our 6x10 trailer and truck. A picnic table is available as well as chairs and campfire. There is a toilet - read carefully in the details. We recommend bringing your own water. The host was friendly and checked in to see if we needed anything. Residents are in view of the camp site.

Quiet, peaceful and beautiful
I needed a place to decompress and rest after 2 months on the road, and this spot was perfect. I stayed 5 days. It was a little oasis, quiet, peaceful, and Jennifer was really nice and attentive. If I'm ever back in the area, I will definitely stop by again.

Jen was a wonderful host! She was very kind and attentive to a couple of things that could have been an issue, but weren't for me. It was my first time camping alone and on the second night I realized I didn't love it as much as I thought I would, so I let Jen know that I was going to be leaving a day early. She was so sweet and came to check on me and make sure I was OK. The camping site, location, and Jen were all amazing and I would absolutely camp there again, just maybe with a friend next time.

Loved tent camping here! Beautiful view of the stars and plenty of space to spread out. Host communicated clearly and efficiently, would love to come here again.

Jennifer's place was awesome! Jennifer introduced herself and was available to answer questions and make suggestions. The spot we camped was peaceful and private, even though it was in front of the house. We'd definitely stay here again and would highly recommend! It's a scenic drive to and from Mount Rainier.

Jennifer was a wonderful host. She was very communicative and provided us with lots of info on nearby hikes. We ended up staying at site 3 as opposed to site 1 but it worked out really well for us since sunset time at that site was really nice. The sun hits the trees beautifully! One negative thing (not on the host nor the site itself) I would say is that one of the nights there was a community (?) thing that went on until 2am. The music was pretty loud and made it hard to sleep. Not sure if it’s a routine thing but might be good to check in with the host to see if there’s something like that happening on the nights you spend there.

Lovely little secluded spot!!
This was such a lovely little secluded campsite! Close enough to the house and road to feel safe and secluded enough to feel like you are in the middle of the woods!! 100% would stay here again if we come back this way! Jennifer was so sweet and showed us around everything and made sure we had everything we needed!!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for two nights. Luckily our campsite was mostly in the shade so our spot stayed pretty cool during the day. Neighbors were a bit noisy throughout the night but other than that it’s a nice spot for the price. Jen was an AMAZING host!!! She was super friendly and welcoming. During our stay, Washington was facing a major heat wave so it was miserably hot but Jen recommended some amazing local swimming spots and we ended up having a blast. This will now be our go to spot for whenever we are in the area!

Very nice stay. If you are with RV, the only available spot for RV is in the front yard of the house. However, host is very welcoming and tries to provide as much privacy as possible. Also, the property itself is isolated giving you privacy. Lights, picnic table, and chairs are provided which is very nice. Dog friendly is a major plus. Nice little escape from home.

Good home base for Mt. Rainier
Good site to use as home base for exploring Mt. Rainier or other parts of this beautiful region...
Jennifer was super friendly and helpful, sharing her knowledge of local trails and places to go.
The campsite is in her front yard, with our camper backed in it was a private and quiet spot. Thank you Jennifer!

Our stay at Jennifer’s property was really nice. Not only did we have plenty of space and privacy, but we also enjoyed our conversations with Jennifer and meeting her dogs. The site was very quiet at night and the star gazing was excellent. The location close to Mount Rainier National Park was very convenient for a day trip and you could even take a short stroll down the road from the site and see the mountain on a clear day. A very positive experience and we hope to visit again soon.

Great Car Camping Weekend!
Had an amazing stay!
Lots of room on our site for a tent, chairs, and table + fire pit. Plenty of privacy with trees separating the sites. Jennifer was super communicative, helpful and nice.
This is a great option is the campsites near Ranier are booked up + dog friendly.
