Dogs are the best tour guides!
This camspite was amazing and we will be back! Upon entering the driveway of the property we were greeted by some very friendly guardian dogs who followed us all the way to our campsite and hung out with us during our entire stay! We drove down the bumpy road which opened into a meadow where we had to search pretty hard for a flat spot. This camping is definitely more suited to campers who have an air mattress, a cot, or an RV as the ground was pretty uneven. We camped in a tent on an air mattress and it was perfectly fine. The site is very secluded with lots of beautiful nature sounds and very quiet. After setting up camp we started our adventure around the property - so many places to go! We went to the river our host had recommended and it was a great spot - we walked past the sheep herd and open pasture where they were grazing. The dogs followed along with us and eventually they took the lead and we followed them down the paths made from all their previous explorations! It was fun watching them swim around and seeing the fish in the river. At night the stars are probably amazing in the summer months, but it was cloudy during our stay. We purchased some very reasonably priced organic meats raised on their farm and we cant wait to try them! Overall the host was responsive and very easy to get ahold of. We will definitely be back and recommend this spot to anyone looking for a get-away! I would recommend staying longer than one night to have time to explore the acreage

A bit pricey for what it is
Booked this site on the way out to the coast to view the bioluminescent plankton show. As it was labor day weekend, it was all we could find for where we were going. The directions for getting there were straightforward, but were terrible for actually finding the specific field to "adventure camp" in. As you get through the gate you're told to take a right when in fact, there's a little "adventure camp" sign on a stick to the left. The directions have so many spelling/grammar errors that I wasn't sure what they were telling me to do, but after talking with the host in person we figured out to go down that road to the left, and camp anywhere in the field. There were termites flying around everywhere, and it wasn't a particularly pretty spot, but it served our purposes well enough, and it was close (about 25 min) to Aberdeen. I think it might have been better if we were staying there to see the property more, including the river. The dogs were adorable though!

Farm+Forest Magic
We had such a fabulous time at this hipcamp. Pure forest- farm magic. Sure the adventure camping spots are pretty rough, but you are just steps from gorgeous forest and river walking. we were also charmed by all the animals and found sagi and family to be truly wonderful people. we hope to return!

A bed in the shed
I wouldn’t call this one glamping. It was very cold, no heat, no running water, dirty floors/interior. Rugged / unfinished look with random assortment of things indoor and outdoors. It’s on an active farm so poops abound. No creak / not a cabin / this is a shed. Lots of dog barking, all night…
Pro: thankfully the bed and bedding was super comfortable. The dogs although loud were super sweet and the puppies well are adorable.

Best Stay Yet!
This stay was the perfect place to end our vacation to the Pacific Northwest. The hosts were so welcoming, and the land they’ve made their homestead on is unmatched in quality. Such wonderful sights all on-location, and it was a gorgeous way to spend the night.

Adventure camping
The property is beautiful and the stars are so bright at nighttime. There are cute sheep and friendly dogs around, which is good if you're an animal person. This property is better suited for vehicle camping than tent camping, because while there are a lot of meadows, it's a little bumpy and vegetated. There are no facilities.

Quiet tree canopy getaway
This was a beautiful spot to have a quiet, lovely getaway with my partner. We enjoyed eating the blackberries, listening to the creek run, and hanging out under the canopy of the pine trees where we were sheltered from the light rain - it felt like a beautiful natural gathering place and we had such a lovely time.

Reality Does Not Match Description.
The property is amazing, but less suitable for tent camping vs. vehicle related camping (sprinters, trailers, etc) due to lack of flat or non-vegetated areas to setup a tent site. Also property appears to be home to cattle, or was recently home to cattle, as there are cow pies throughout which was not particularly appealing. Last, the streams mentioned are dry this time of year. After driving through we ended up leaving and had better luck at the beach.

Amazing piece of property. We were visited by goats, cows, and puppies. It was a great time and all that went had fun. The river was a little low but had a nice trail alongside it. The hosts were very accommodating. Next time we come back we will try one of the other sites on the property. Thank you again.

Spent the night on the 180 acre plot surrounded by nothing but nature and animals. Hostess was very kind and welcoming. We were greeted by two dogs and their puppies came bounding after them--it was adorable. When we drove onto the land to pick a spot we ran into some friendly sheep munching on the grass. We enjoyed our short time and would like to come back!

One of the most gorgeous places
Such a beautiful place, it's too bad we only had time for one night! The entire farm is filled with beautiful trees, the sweetest animals, and a creek which will make you want to stay forever. The cabin itself was very lovely, and there is no other place I'd rather be!

Adventure camping was a blast!
We had a group of 22 family members and everyone enjoyed their stay. Sagi went above and beyond to accommodate our family. This was my second time staying at this site. We look forward to coming back again.

Gives new meaning to farm to table
The farm is very pretty but be forewarned - the cows WILL come into your campsite. We had to rescue our dinner and our tents from being trampled when the two bulls decided to “play” (ie butt heads) right between our tents. They left when we scared them off by honking our car horns, but they were back again for breakfast. Again, they didn’t damage anything but we were very concerned they might. It was also difficult to cook without a picnic table or any stable flat surface to use for our food and utensils. The “toilet” was a folding toilet seat but the host did not provide any compost toilet bags so we were forced to make do. I think it could be lovely with a few upgrades.

glamping by the creeks
We wanted to camp but didn't have gear with us, and glamping by the creeks was a great option. It also was a great spot to cut the travel distance between Olympia and our next stop near Kalaloch beaches. Sagi responded quickly to messages.
The nice large glamping tent had mats/carpets to keep the floor from being cold, plus a large comfy bed and two cots available. Easily fit our family of two adults and a 5yo. There's a pop up privacy tent, toilet seat, and shovel provided. Also for an extra fee you can ask to rent additional items like a sleeping bag or a flashlight/solar usb charger.
We wandered the property and found plenty of blackberries to snack on, plus semi-trails off the main path leading to a little river, a tire swing, and some great trees. Really nice for an evening of exploration in the woods- if folks are in the camping spots, you may need to avoid those areas to give them privacy, but you'll probably find some delightful nature in a more wild environment than the official parks you may be stopping at.

Great break from the hustle and bustle of the city. We had a large group comprised of 3 families with kids ranging from ages 3 to 14. Everyone had a great time! We floated along the Humptulip River one day and drove into Seabrook on another day. It is dispersed camping, so prepare accordingly with supplies.

Hospitality & Nature on a farm
Living on Sagi’s permaculture farm for three nights was refreshing and comfortable in a natural setting. He, his family and 2 dogs were hospitable throughout. My children were enchanted by the sheep, chickens, and puppies. Just the right amount of solitude and accompaniment. When we had a miscommunication about bedding, he immediately remedied. He was also responsive on the messaging app to our questions. For day trips, it’s close by Olympic National Park and Seabrook and Beach 4. We would do this again!
