Welcome to Territorial Farm Stay, offering glamping on our farm in our RV Guest house.
Our guest house, affectionately known as "Fern," is
your own private space with a little yard, near
our stables and family farmhouse.
We are surrounded by an outdoor recreational paradise and family owned wineries and farms in the South Willamette Valley of Oregon.
We were established in 2012 as
Territorial B&B&Barn, focusing on sharing our country lifestyle and offering Farm Stays and a horse motel for people traveling with their horses.
We are located on a 10
acre farm and have a working stable, Synergy Stables, with our family horses, as well as horse boarding clients, equine assisted psychotherapy, and riding lessons.
Your Farm Stay experience offers the opportunity to connect with a horse, help out with barn chores and work in the garden, enjoy the backyard fire pit (fire danger permitting) and s'mores or just sit back and watch the animals and enjoy a good book or a relaxed conversation.

Glamping Farm Stay
This location is excellent for a quick or extended stay. Extremely nice condition on the inside of the RV, and is set with everything you would need to cook, clean and relax after traveling all day. Located only a few minutes from Eugene, this farm is a perfect getaway from the city. Upon arriving I was greeted by Mary, who showed me around the area and gave me a tour of the RV, letting me know all the functions it has. You can watch the horses come in from the field every night, and Mary and her co-hosts are extremely responsive for any needs you may have.
