Enjoy the tranquility of the forest while still being close to water activities. Experience the charm of a Canadian-made, all-natural yurt crafted from felted wool. This bright and airy space features four large windows and a 2-foot clear acrylic dome, perfect for stargazing at night. The yurt includes a fully stocked kitchenette for light meals, a camp toilet nearby, and a guest shower near the main house for added convenience. Nestled among the trees at the front of the property and just across from Centennial Park on Varty Lake, the yurt offers a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature. While the yurt embraces some rustic touches—such as a stylish outhouse and no running water—it still offers a unique blend of comfort and luxury. Guests love unwinding here, listening to records, and enjoying a variety of games.

Originally built in 1974, this river boat has been relocated into our forest and reimagined into a cozy, all-season cabin full of charm and whimsy. Nestled among the trees and just steps from a lakefront park, the houseboat also comes with access to a Playshed stocked with seasonal outdoor activities. Our 2.5-acre property is a peaceful haven of woods and wildflowers, nestled among the trees at the front of the property and just across from Centennial Park on Varty Lake, it offers a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature. It offers a unique combination of comfort and luxury. Guests can enjoying a variety of games. Guests have access to the houseboat itself, the bow deck, the sun/moon deck, the shower room, and the paths leading to the lake. Everything in the Playshed is available for guests staying at both the Yurt and the Houseboat — there’s plenty to enjoy and share!
