Brookside Camp
We have a good time camping here, thanks for the host! The campsite is well organized, flat and very spacious, good for trailer or tent. It has electricity facility and a water tap. If you like cycling, you won't miss the Beaver River Wetland Trail (a very family friendly trail) which is just besides the campsite. We will come back the next season for sure!

Petra’s place (Brookside camp) is a nice & quiet area right beside the Beaver River Wetlands Trail, ideal for crazy bikepackers like my Human! The place is exactly as described and was perfect for what became a wonderful Equinox night outdoors beside a nice campfire. What is not described anywhere is how sweet Petra, kids and dogs are. I was really excited to find 2 big furry friends to play with right at our arrival! And Petra was always available when needed and more than helpful with tips and advices and to accommodate our requests. Tip: try not to miss Papa Enrico’s Pizza downtown Cannington!

This second stay was as enjoyable as the first! We love it here! All the peace and beauty, the babbling brook that runs throughout the property and the nature trails make this place a little piece of heaven. Petra is such a sweet and gracious host. We will miss this place and look forward to returning in the future!

It was so nice we stayed twice. The most awesome couple we've met in a long time. Close enough to Cannington to walk or bike ride in. We definitely recommend this site. We will be back to enjoy it again.

This site is so peaceful and beautiful! Petra and Ryan have been amazing hosts! They were most accommodating to make our stay as comfortable as possible. My husband and I highly recommend this place and this couple to anyone!

This absolute gem of a spot is tucked away behind the hosts house, separated by a babbling brook and a wonderful duck pond. You'll see chickens, ducks, squirrels and 2 lovely, friendly doggos named Max & Sadie if you're lucky. The hosts Petra and Ryan are so accommodating and a joy to chat with. "Downtown" is only 4 minutes away where there's groceries, laundromat and one of the best pizza shops you'll ever find. We hope to visit again on our way through next summer!
