My daughter and I had a great time at Wilcress Farm. We stayed for 2 nights and really enjoyed our time on the farm with the animals. We took a day trip to Blue Mountain (about a 1-hour drive) to do some adventuring and then returned to Wilcress to enjoy a campfire.
The cabin is nestled in a forested area just off the side of the driveway with access to a heated outdoor shower, outhouse, and firepit and it has all the supplies you could want - a toaster, kettle (with tea and coffee), fridge, cutlery, heater and a comfortable bed.
The animals on the farm are amazing - friendly dogs, pot-bellied pigs, a donkey, and horses. They're all super friendly and enjoy being petted. We loved learning about their stories and how they came to live on Wilcress Farm. Kim does an amazing job giving them all a wonderful life. If you ever come back as a pot-bellied pig in your next life, try to make your way over to Wilcress Farm.
