Escape to the ultimate waterfront retreat! This luxury 45ft Jayco North Point offers the space and feel of a custom tiny cottage right on the water. Perfect for families or groups, it features 2 full bedrooms (a master queen suite + a 3-bunk room) and 2 private bathrooms. Enjoy high ceilings, cozy fireplace lounge, full indoor kitchen. Unwind with peaceful water views, fresh air, and all the luxury comforts of home! The space Enjoy over 400 sq ft of luxury living space with soaring ceilings and residential finishes. Highlights include two private bedrooms (a master queen suite and a bunk room), two bathrooms, a cozy indoor fireplace, a full indoor kitchen, and a private outdoor kitchen steps from the water. Perfect for soaking in sunset views and enjoying high-end waterfront glamping. Guest access Guests have full private access to the entire fifth-wheel RV, its private area, and the outdoor kitchen. Parking is available right on-site next to the unit with easy ground-level access to the property and waterfront. Other things to note Property Layout: The RV is situated on our private waterfront property near our main home, but you will have your own dedicated space, outdoor kitchen, and waterfront area. RV Experience: This is a stationary luxury fifth-wheel stay. Plumbing & RV Care: To ensure a smooth stay, please use only the provided RV-safe toilet paper and refrain from flushing any wipes or sanitary products.
