It was a great spot to pitch a tent and unwind after a few days of fishing some Haliburton lakes. Easy to get to and Jennifer was a great and helpful host. The location is very scenic with the marsh and pond nearby and beautiful tall woods surrounding the site. We didn't get to meet Jennifer (we were too busy fishing all day) but she kept in contact and provided firewood as needed. The only downside I could think of was the barbecue on site didn't seem to have any propane, which was no big deal. We brought our own and actually didn't even know there would be one provided. The outhouse was a bit rustic, but for two guys living off the land it was a luxury to have a toilet at all. Lol. Would definitely go back!

Absolutely stunning spot! Camping area nice and level. Adorable outhouse and the beaver pond was the perfect spot for morning coffee and sunset views.

This site is perfect for those passing through Halliburton, or just wanting a getaway from the city and connecting with nature.
I only stayed 1 night with my biker friends, so we rode to the site. Site is extremely easy to find, and we are just a short trip to the main town for groceries or restaurants.
The night time is where it really brings out the beauty of this site. The trees make a perfect vignette to the night sky, and we spent HOURS stargazing.
Our host Jennifer was a saint! She’s super responsive!
The only rough part was riding through the gravel/dirt roads, but that is nothing to be worried about. If you’re a good rider, you’ll manage.

Site is exactly as described and previous reviews are accurate. Very private! As with all spaces up here, ensure you pack the bug spray, will come back.

Jennifer was an amazing host! She was SO lovely and kind! She gave us firewood & clean water for washing our hands & even gave us coffee each morning! Her land and the space is beautiful
Couldn’t recommend it enough! Will 100% be going back again!

Very private and spacious site. Really well maintained with cut firewood, clean outhouse with water jug and soap for hand washing. Bonus of a nice propane bbq for making dinner.

I loved camping on Jenifer’s site. It was beautiful, quiet and had all the space you might need!! Jenifer is a great host as well! And the view on the pond is lovely!

We came here last year and this year last week! Both times have been incredible! I cant recommend this place enough! Jennifer is an incredible host! She let us stay a little later then check out as we didnt get there till very late on the friday! Shes very Knowledgeable about the area and has great recommendations on where to go! The lot is huge and very secluded. Extremly quite and well taken care of! Its got a nice fire pit. Outdoor bathroom, with a hand wash station. A bbq and lots of space! As well as some snowmobile trails. They bring you coffee in the morning for you to enjoy and when we went to leave she stopped in and even gave us some of her farm fresh eggs! I plan on comming back again for in the winter and every year after if we can! This place is amazing! Incredible people and is always an incredible experience! 🥰

What a beautiful and private piece of land! Great location. We enjoyed the solitude and nature. Easy car access, fairly flat ground, nice little outhouse with a view! Jenny was such a great host - she dropped off extra jugs of water when we ran out and let us use her splitting axe to split up the firewood that was all around... she even offered to leave us a thermos of coffee each morning - we appreciated that even though we had lots of our own. We had an amazinv week! Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a quiet spot.

We had the most amazing stay at Jennifer's camp Waterfield Ridge! She was extremely hospitable! She was quick to reply to our questions and needs as well as allowed us to book last minute. She also provided us with propane for the BBQ, delivered coffees in the morning and suggested an aray of things to do around the vicinity! She was an absolute pleasure to talk to as well!
As for the lot itself it is absolutely stunning! Not only is it off the grid, quite, and beautiful it's also perfect for an Rv, camper trailers, or tents. It's a big lot that has an abundance of fire wood they supply. There is also a well kept outhouse overlooking a pond!
Such a lovely and peaceful experience! I highly recommend this place to all!
For in the winter there is also access to the snowmobile b trail that crosses tulip road for those it may interest!
