Such a lovely place to relax and get cozy! The A-Frame is super comfortable and cute, outhouse was clean, shower with heated water was amazing, and hot tub/sauna was definitely a plus! We had a great time and would recommend this place to anyone looking for an opportunity to connect with nature. Wish we had more time there! Ann and Brian are also lovely hosts.

Beautiful cabin. Cozy, warm, fun games and amazing scenery. Waking to the lake view down the path is a must! My now fiancé proposed during our stay and it was such a beautiful place to do so. Highly recommend! Ann and her husband were great hosts.

Wow! We came in mid October to see the autumn colors. What a great experience! First off the hosts are amazing and very helpful.
The lodge itself is very comfy, the bed is super clean and comfy as well. There's enough firewood for the whole stay (2 Nights). Oh and our dog loved it as well!
The place is around 20 min drive away from any nature hike, and there are plenty in the area.

When I arrived, I like the fact that the host was very informative. She gave us a tour of the location and a relaxing atmosphere. We really enjoyed the cabin. It was really very pretty. We also enjoyed the fire pit and the atmosphere. I would recommend it. Definitely a great place to go away from the city.

We really enjoyed our stay at the A frame! The space was cozy and comfortable, and it had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The setting was peaceful and made for a perfect escape into nature. Communication with our host was smooth and friendly, and check-in/check-out was easy. We had such a wonderful stay at Viva Vila’s A-frame cabin! The host was incredibly warm and welcoming, which made our experience even better. This was our very first camping trip with our dog, and it couldn’t have gone more smoothly—we all absolutely loved it. The cabin was cozy, the atmosphere was peaceful, and it felt like the perfect getaway. We can’t wait to come back again!

I had an amazing few days at The A Frame. Beautiful and tranquil location. Everything you need to spend time in nature. Luxurious bedding (best sleep ever) and cozy lodging. I would highly recommend staying here!

Had the most beautiful weekend at Ann and Brian’s place. It was so relaxing being there. Enjoyed some walks and the hot tub! Ann and Brian were really welcoming but also respected privacy. The a frame cabin was so comfy and cozy. Will definitely be back!!

First all, this was the best experience we had for a long time, we loving camping but also we were looking for a small lodge for me dogs, this place basically had everything we ever wished for. The cabin is nice and cozy, and there was also a decent ground that we can setup our camps, shower, even though out in the open, but surprisingly good. Host had provided everything from towels to gas bbq, and they were also kindly offering us late checkout because there was no new booking the day we checked out. Host also have two large working dogs that are super friendly and I just feel safe with them around. We also had access to a pretty nice trail. Place also very close to grocery stores, gas stations, To summarize, we couldn’t ask for more.

My best friend and I had the absolute pleasure of spending three nights at the A-frame cabin, and we couldn’t have loved it more! From the moment we arrived, everything about this place felt special.
First off, Ann and Bryan are exceptional hosts—so warm, attentive, and welcoming. They’ve created something truly magical here, with thoughtful touches throughout that made our stay effortless. Their pre-arrival guide was super clear and helpful, so we came fully prepared.
As soon as you pull up, you're greeted with a cute little wagon to help bring your things to the cabin—and by their two sweet pups, Kane and Koda, who are just the friendliest welcome committee ever!
The property is spotless and beautifully maintained. We spent plenty of time lounging by the pool, soaking in the hot tub, and just enjoying the peaceful surroundings. There’s even a sauna on-site, which we skipped only because the weather was already toasty!
Even though the cabin is on their property, we never felt like we were intruding. Quite the opposite—it felt like a home away from home.
Ann and Bryan, thank you so much for your hospitality. We can’t wait to come back (likely in the fall and winter). You've built something truly special here!

We had such a wonderful time at the A-frame cabin! Brian was incredibly welcoming and so were his adorable dogs! We truly enjoyed the peaceful nature setting, making a fire for our BBQ, and just relaxing and taking it all in. It was only a one-night stay, but it was the perfect little getaway. It was a perfect glamping experience for us, as this is the first time we went glamping/clamping. Brian and Ann were really accommodating and made our stay fun and comfortable. The loft is situated in a really peaceful location giving us the feeling of being immersed in nature; yet we still had acess to the swimming pool, hot tub sauna and a badminton court just 2 minutes away from our glamping site !!! The shower and outhouse were maintained well and everything we needed was provided. The farmer's market has honey, maple syrup, eggs, candles, art works and much more. And if we wanna skip on cooking our own meals there are plenty of restaurants not faraway from the camp site. A perfect place to unwind and recharge.

The experience was overall so amazing, wish we were able to stay another night. Can’t wait to go back, honestly… such a beautiful property, so well maintained , the owners are beautiful souls, the dogs are so loving and playful. The grounds are so romantic at night with the lighting, the cabin smelt like fresh cut wood, the bed was extremely comfy, we slept like a baby! So sad to go, but already planning our next stay. Thank you for welcoming us with open arms, we can’t wait to be back!

It was a pleasure staying in the A-Frame cabin! Had a little getaway for a couple nights and couldn’t have asked for a better way to spend it. Ann and Brian showed us everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The pool, hot tub and even the sauna was such an added bonus. We had the fresh eggs from the local hens - highly recommended. It was a nice way to start off our morning 👌🏻 Everything was really clean and inviting - hope to be back soon in the future.

It was a perfect getaway. The A-frame is a cross between camping and upscale cottaging! Very beautiful evening under the lights, strung in the trees. We were able to have a beautiful barbecued dinner, and afterwards we went for an evening dip in the pool as we were currently under a heat advisory. We still took in the hot tub, because nothing like a dip in the pool afterwards. I think the highlight was getting to know the two family dogs! Beautiful walk in the morning to the lake. We took home fresh eggs and honey! We will absolutely be back it was an a wonderful experience. The hosts Ann and Brian are incredible and couldn’t be more welcoming and kind people.

I had an excellent time at Villa La Vida Loca. The hosts were incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. They went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable throughout my stay.
The food was absolutely amazing. The brisket was outstanding, and the brisket pizza was unforgettable – easily one of the best meals I have had in a long time. Oh and the butter tarts, AMAZING!
The cabin itself was cozy and inviting, with a great atmosphere that made it easy to relax. There was plenty of firewood available, which added to the comfort and charm of the stay.
Overall, Villa La Vida Loca was a fantastic experience, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a great getaway.
