This is a very private little slice of heaven that I've been pleased to steward for over 20 years.  If you love the sound of frogs singing, and bullfrogs plucking their banjo strings, red-winged blackbirds trilling, you will love it here.  The property is literally right across the street from the Mono Cliffs Provincial Park which boasts amazing trails, views and features the Niagara Escarpment.  The 4-acre pond/wetland is designated 'Provincially Significant' by the Ministry of Natural Resources and is an important part of the Nottawasaga Watershed.  This area is renowned for its terrain - the fields are rolling and the views are quite special. You will enjoy a private firepit and private overlook at the pond with hammock. The site isn't visible from the road.  Our house is visible from the site but far enough away as to not disturb one another.

Large Pond - Beside Provincial Park
Donna had everything ready and great communication. She has a great set up. The spot is private although the house is close by. Loved the view of the pond.

Perfect getaway spot and the direction of the sunset peeking through the trees over the fireplace was amazing. Pond was great to watch during the sunset as well. Highly recommended!

A gorgeous plot next to a marsh/pond, lots of wildlife (ducks, red winged blackbirds, frogs). Would stay there again when we want to explore Mono Cliffs

First time HipCamper with 3 dogs!
As a first-time HipCamper AND first-time RV owner, Donna was super lovely in welcoming me: friendly, kind and accommodating, and helpful getting me hooked up :) Her place was just what I was looking for ... private, tranquil, scenic. Just me and my dogs enjoying being surrounded by nature, campfires, and rest. Thanks again Donna for a lovely visit!! I'll definitely be back!! Andrea & Abby (and Zara & Kalhi)

It was a beautiful place. The host was wonderful. The pond is gorgeous. The only problem we had was the rooster crowing constantly.
