We're just a short ten-minute drive away from the beautiful Long Point biosphere and beaches. Explore the numerous hiking trails in the area and don't miss the opportunity to go canoeing on Big Creek, also known as "Canada's Little Amazon." We offer a canoe and shuttle service for a fee. The trailer itself is equipped with heat, hydro, running water, and a bathroom for your comfort. Rest well on the queen-size bed, and the dinette can be converted into a single bed for additional sleeping space. Awesome host welcomed me and showed me the RV. The RV felt like it had everything from electricity to water, except for hot water. The night was chilly, but there was an electric heater. The toilet and shower were in working order. That's rare. A warm and comfy escape from the city. Delhi, which has restaurants a car wash, gas stations, a Canadian Tire, etc. is just less than 30 minutes away.

My partner and I had a great time at this spot! Daryl was an amazing host, super friendly and always available. The spot was very nice to have the privacy of being the only ones there and the pond was really great to have at the sight. The trailer was perfect for what we needed with a toilet and fridge- the bed was super comfortable. It was a great location close to the beach and tones of walking trails. We took the canoe shuttle out on big creek and that was an amazing experience! Highly recommend

Good location close to Port Rowan and Long Point. Nothing fancy but everything you need for a place to crash. Trailer sleeps 3 and we brought a tent to sleep the rest of our party and there is more than enough space.

Daryll was really great and hospitable. Very friendly and relaxing environment. Close to all beach amenities and great kayak tracks! Will definitely be returning!

I want to start by saying the hosts genuinely seemed like nice people. The place is gorgeous. The duck family in the pond was so cute! The issues: The premises has a sign saying guard dogs on duty, warning visitors to stay in the car and honk. Host did say that dogs are put away and don't come out when there are guests but the one friendly dog that was out on property charged at my daughter while she was playing. It terrified her. Can't park next to trailer Septic system needs service - smell comes up when flushing and lingers for extended period. Water smells like septic, not usable for washing body or dishes. Shower stall/much of bathroom was covered in bugs, some still alive but most dead. The trailer is in a low spot on the land that floods when it rains. The dinette is not suitable for anyone 6' or more. The mattress for the bed is a very thin old futon and is very uncomfortable. Most of these are things we could have accommodated for if we had know about them in advance. We could have brought our own dish and wash water. We could have brought our own camping toilet. We could have brought more comfortable sleeping items/arranged things differently. It would be great to update the listing with information so others could make informed decisions. Might return if septic issue fixed.

Great location as a base to check out Port Rowan Beach and Port Dover. Lots of space, large firepit and clean trailer. Daryll was a great host. He drove me for firewood and has knowledge of the local area. Will stay again for sure when in the area.

We loved being surrounded by nature and the pond only a few steps out the door!! Great time and a great host!! Would definitely go back:)

It was nice stay, However we were the first guest for this stay so I think host wasn't ready enough. Place was ok, Trailer was clean though, But I assume he needs some time to make it better.
