Situated in the scenic 5 acre Countryside Area, it offers both privacy and easy access to the driveway and road frontage. Essential amenities are just a short walk away, including portable toilets and potable water located in the communal Barnyard Area. This flat grassy campsite features are generous, 20 m² wooden platform, a private picnic table in a shady treed knoll and fire pit - perfect for quiet evenings under the stars. While other groups may be visible in the distance, the layout provides a peaceful setting with a sense of space and seclusion. It is also within earshot of the Farmyard Area and Dog Agility Course so you may occasionally hear the cheerful sound of dogs and farmyard animals, adding a lively touch to the natural surroundings. With its elevated setting, sweeping sunset, views, and connection to nature, Skyview Heights isn’t just a campsite - it’s the heart of our property and a true reflection of everything we aim to offer: tranquillity and space to breathe.

The Bunny Trail Campsite is a charming, accessible site nestled right in the heart of the barnyard area, offering guests a truly authentic farm experience. Located closest to the outhouse and water access, expect some background sounds of daily farm life. As the smallest site on the property, it’s cozy and full of character — perfect for solo travelers, couples, or anyone who enjoys being close to the action. This site is located on a grassy patch next to our garden plot, framed by mature trees that offer light shade throughout the day. Enjoy peaceful farm views while relaxing at your private picnic table, or unwind around the fire pit under the evening sky. And if you’re lucky, you just might spot the site’s namesake bunnies hopping through at dusk.

Only 45 minutes from downtown Toronto and the Airport. Make your next vacation something different. Spend it in rolling hills, fresh breezes, and plenty of peace and quiet. Located in Uxbridge the trail capital of Canada, we have many opportunities to enjoy the great outdoors. Horseback riding, hiking, biking, and many other activities. This site is perfect for tents, trailers and RVs. This is a back-in site ideal for most sized trailers and Rvs. We are close to both the York and Durham Regions, with many local farmer's markets, breweries venues for theater, music, heritage, and cultural events. We operate primarily as a horse and dog training facility but also have small farm animals on our property.  During the summer months, we produce organically grown hay, eggs, fruits, and vegetables which we sell both onsite and at the local farmer's markets.

Very nice and quiet place. Discreet but efficient owner. The toilets are clean every day, wood was available and the setting is very pleasant. I'm saving it for the next few times.

The site was quite nice, private and quiet. The host was considerate and responsive. However at 7 in the morning some fairly noisy construction work on the property started about 15 meters away from the site and I wasn’t expecting it. A heads up would have been nice.

We really enjoyed our camping space. The spot was clean and very peaceful. We did hear the dog training in the morning but we were already up during this time. We did go up the street to a farm that had parks, activities and food and ince cream to purchase during our hot day! We will definitely be coming back!

My first Hipcamp experience! It was so peaceful and comfortable. The hosts were wonderful. It’s right by Uxbridge urban and walker woods. I don’t think I’ve ever seen such a well manicured farm in my life. The price for the location and quiet and privacy can’t be beat. I was actually able to meditate under a tree lol, that’s how serene it was. My best friend and I will definitely be returning!

A great campsite with cute horse views! The grass site was easy to find, nicely located backing trees with gorgeous fall colours. Wood was pre-delivered and waiting for me upon arrival. 2 muskoka chairs and a picnic table made the campsite perfect! I very much enjoyed the cute horses, the barn and big sky view. Thanks for a great stay!

We stayed at your camping place Friday to Saturday (bunny trail) the place is beautiful and peaceful but the smell of the portable toilet was awful and disgusting. Not a nice experience after all, unfortunately.

We enjoyed our stay. The site faces a beautiful sunrise and is directly across from the bright red barn. Uxbridge Canine Academy use the barn for training and some classes go into the evening. A porta-potty and trash can is well maintained and is a short walk from the site beside the horses paddock. The farm is active with various users coming in and out throughout the day but there is a variety of activities nearby in Uxbridge to explore.

This campsite had a few things going for it that made our stay comfortable in the basics. The picnic table was sturdy and gave us a good place to sit and eat. There was a fire pit for the evenings, and the ground was level enough for setting up tents with no issues. One big plus was convenience: potable water was just a short walk away, and a portable toilet was nearby—clean and easy to access, which definitely made the experience smoother. We also enjoyed the view of the farm animals—ponies and horses grazing in a nearby field. While we couldn’t interact with them up close, they added a peaceful, country feel to the place. That said, there were a few things that didn’t match the listing. It mentioned chairs, but there were none. While the picnic table helped, some dedicated camp chairs would’ve made the evenings around the fire more comfortable. The campsite was described as private, but in reality, it was semi-private at best. Right across from us was a dog training facility, and people were coming and going regularly, which took away from the sense of solitude we were hoping for.

The campsite was for enough away from the house that it felt like we had privacy. The property was beautiful. The host were helpful when we seen them the last night they put on a beautiful Canada Day firework show that we were not expecting. I would definitely recommend this place that porta potty was a little far from the campsite and was probably my only complaint.

I can confidently say that I loved staying at this farm. The host was incredibly welcoming and even allowed me to pets their ponies and I learned tremendously from about how can One build trust with horses which are one of the most incredible animals who understand human emotions. I would definitely come back and they should definitely talk about this part of the experience as well. Them all the best, they're awesome!
