In stunning North Kawartha, My Charming 1 acre land with partial forest and partial grass land; easy access directly off Glen Alda Road, small cabin 16' x 14' with hydro, heating, ceiling fan, hot & cold water from sink tap, outside clean, large chemical toilet, large deck, firepit, 4km to Chandos Beach Public Beach and Boat Launch, 15 min to Apsley town, 15 min to Marvel Rapids Golf, seconds to walking, biking trails, 7 min to Coe Hill hamlet. Provided - small fridge, small futon bed 44" x 71" with weight MAX 500lbs. Please make note of this. Basic cutlery; crockery provided. Small fridge, Keurig, kettle, toaster, pots, pans, utensils. Coffee pods, tea, condiments. Firewood all provided. NO PETS; NO SERVICE/THERAPY PETS; NO KIDS. Water is NOT POTABLE, so you must bring own drinking water. Also, no shower.
