We absolutely loved this cozy cabin by the lake. The site was very private and well maintained. There's a picnic table, a dock, an organized toilet (with cute outside lights for the nighttime). The cabin itself is small, but has everything you need - a bed, some shelves, a heater and things like books and a skillet for cooking. But still, make sure you bring your own camping equipment (including sleeping bags or other bedding) - which is exactly what this listing says.
The lake provides plenty of opportunity for various activities: we went boating, fishing (caught small mouth bass) and stand up paddling. The weather was a bit chilly and windy that day, so we didn't go for a swim, but on a sunny hot day I believe the swimming should be nice (although a bit further from the shore as it is pretty shallow right by the dock.
All in all, the place feels truly serene and meditative, and we both wished we could stay a little longer! Will definitely come back next summer!
