Quiet and Peaceful with nice trails
I came with a small group of 3 people, all with our own tents, and the site accommodated us perfectly. You have a private little road on the way into the site which would be safe for all SUVs and Trucks - some lower cars might have a problem. The place was super quiet, peaceful and beautiful. We did a big walk around the property on the first day, and took the recommendation to go and walk the Kinghurst Nature Reserve on the second day which was also absolutely beautiful. Host provided us with water, wood, and propane which was a very nice luxury when coming from provincial parks. The outhouse with composting toilet had a nice barrier to hide from the site, however it is just a composting toilet. (Better than squatting by a long shot). They have small little shop that has some crafts, plants, books, honey and eggs (however the honey and eggs were sold out) which was super cute. We loved this place and are already talking about coming back next year.
