Freestyle Farm was the perfect quiet getaway for me. I loved being pretty close to the main house - as a solo traveller it felt safer. But Dana and family gave me tons of privacy. The beds were so comfy and the place was pristine. Can't wait to return!
You won't be disappointed! The Bunkie in particular is extremely well made and smells of fresh pine. You really feel at home in there with tons of room for even a fairly large group to sleep (even though we were only two).
Dana is friendly and super accommodating. We loved the animals and she even gave us a free cantaloupe from her garden!
The Bunkie is somewhat close to the house, but they're very quiet and respect privacy (and even turned out there lights early so it truly felt like you owned your site.
When you arrive you're greeted by a nice big 'hate had no home here' sign, and that's very accurate!
If I had to leave a critique, I guess I'd say that having a better electric situation and a shower would have been nice, but Dana told us that's coming soon!
But don't wait for that. Go here now!

The Funky Bunkie
We loved the cosy bunkie, comfy beds and fire pit. Loads of dry wood provided. Wonderful waking up to see peacocks across the way, goats, piggy’s and mini horses stretching in the field while sipping a coffee. Host home is close to the Bunkie so definitely nice when staying on your own. Typical beautiful Huntsville countryside. Very chill stay at the funky bunkie.

The Funky Bunkie
We really enjoyed our time in Dana's cabin. She is a very welcoming host who strives to make the visitors happy. It is a new endeavour so some kinks are still being worked out but overall we loved it! The farm is cute and we bought some farm fresh eggs right there.
