This site had great potential if it was a bit more private. We didn't realize that we would be sharing with other campers, or that if we were they would be so close, basically sharing the same site. Luckily the other guests that were there when we were were absolutely lovely, but a different group could have made this a fairly miserable experience. The location itself was very close to town, on a busy road with lots of traffic noise, and loud music played late at night from somewhere very close by. The river was definitely not swimmable, although our dog did enjoy playing in it. The outdoor kitchen was very cute and definitely a bonus compared to cooking strictly on the campfire. There was even some coffee, tea, cooking oil, and spices available to use. The firepit was great and the firewood for $10 was another great bonus. I think this site has great potential, the posting just needs to be a bit more clear about the degree of privacy to be expected, and which amenities are included -- there was a couple of different tents, a firepit, and the outdoor kitchen, and I am still not sure if we were supposed to have access to any or all of this (the host mentioned it was for an airbnb listing) -- luckily the other campers were generous and we shared everything together. If we had of had it all to ourselves it would have been pretty awesome.
