Cozy cabin in the woods very close to Eagle Lake where you can enjoy the peace and tranquility of this very private chalet style cabin located on 330 acres of private land. This off grid cabin sleeps 6 and is pet friendly. Come and enjoy a private escape where you can sit by the fire and watch the stars!!! This off grid cabin is minutes away from the Public beach on sought after Eagle Lake. You will be able to enjoy the great outdoors and everything the Almaguin Highlands has to offer such as ATVing, hiking, biking, paddle sports, fishing, wildlife viewing, or just relax and enjoy the stars around a campfire. The cabin features: -1 Bedroom with double bed -Open loft with double bed -3 Couches -Outhouse -Excellent cell service -Large deck -Basic kitchen with 2 burner propane stove -BBQ -TV (connect your DVD player or use cell as a hotspot) -Woodstove -Outdoor fire pit -Miles of trails for hiking, biking, ATVing, dirt biking -OFSC trails easily accessible from property -Generator powered lights and receptacles (generator and gas supplied) -Sleeps 6 comfortably -Linens NOT provided -No running water -No indoor plumbingEagle Acres Chalet is where you will enjoy a beautiful hardwood forest, with possible sightings of Moose, Deer, Bear, and all other Canadian wildlife that call Northern Ontario home. Eagle Acres Chalet

Exactly what we needed! This cabin is very private and secluded. Unfortunately the weekend we stayed the weather wasn't the greatest, so we didn't get to explore that much. The cabin is beautiful and the wood stove made for a nice cozy interior. We didn't use the generator as we wanted a rustic weekend, but was nice to have. I do have to say, the outhouse is one of the nicest I've seen. We will absolutely be back.

We really enjoyed our stay at Chris's cabin. It's a very cozy spot and has a serene feeling to it. Chris was super quick to respond to messages and we were very happy with our stay here. Definitely recommend!

Eagle Acres Chalet

We loved the sweet little Cabin in the Woods! It was cozy all weekend long even with the torrential downpours; lots of hiking trails, wildlife, ponds/streams, and totally private! Beautiful wood burning stove, and fire pit out front.. everything you need to make a home away from home! Perfect for our family of four, and the old dog also loved being off leash and free to roam. Chris was a great host- kind, and responsive.. even helped push our van out of the mud! Lol We highly recommend for anyone looking to disconnect and be out in nature (though there is great cell service, if need be, and a generator to use) We will be back! Thanks!
