Both sites open in June, 2026 1. Lily Pad is a semi-private open space by the water (for tent or small trailer). It does not have running water or access to hot water. There is a shared toilet and a wash station. 2. The Firefly Lane is a 30-foot camper in a private site surrounded by trees. Enjoy the great outdoors! It has running water, non-potable (but a water bottle is provided), hot water. Private bathroom, fridge, heat. There is a stove to cook inside and a fire pit and BBQ to cook outdoors. Camper is Solar powered. For both sites : - Lake access, dock and forest are shared with owners and other campers. - Dive off dock for swimming! - Flat land - Firepit for cooking or entertainment (wood is $20/box). - 2 Kayaks are available for rent with life jackets. ($15 each/day) - 1 Paddle board available for rent with life jacket. ($15/day) - 1 Canoe available for rent with life jackets. ($20/day) - Price for renting is negotiable if renting for more than one day. - BBQ grill with propane available ($20) - Generator available ($20) - Walking trails in forest (shared with other campers and owners) - Toilet facilities, wash station. Beautiful summer spot, family-friendly, pet-friendly.

Semi-private Pitch your tent or park your small camper on a beautiful lakeside. Have access to your own fire pit: beautiful view, water access, large dock to tan or swim. (Shared dock and shoreline with other campers and owners.) Walking trails (shared with other guests) Hiking/ATV trails close by. 2 kayaks available for rent with life jackets. 1 kid, sit-on-top kayak available for rent with a youth life jacket. 1 paddle board available for rent with a life jacket. Each kayak or board can be rented for $20 each, during your entire stay. Fire Pit can be used for cooking or entertainment (wood is $20/box). BBQ grill is available with propane ($20). A generator is available ($20). 5 minute drive away from a boat launch. Dock your boat at our dock. (Up to 14 feet, a small boat can be launched on our property.) Great spot for fishing. Communal composting toilet available. (no shower, no running water, no hot water) One vehicle parking on site and parking available nearby if needed.

Complete Private space! Beautiful, well-maintained 35' camper surrounded by trees with view and access to the lake. Flat land, wheelchair accessible (contact for more details if needed) but stairs to get into the camper. Private and secluded spot-on-acreage property. This camper sleeps 4 adults, or 2 adults and 3-4 children. The sofa pulls out into a bed and the banquette folds into a bed. Linens provided / optional Stove works, Fridge not available, no heat, no air conditioning Running water (no potable or hot water) - shower water is heated by the sun. Easy lake access, for swimming, diving, etc... shared dock and shore line with owners and other campers. Walking trails Private parking. Kayaks rental available with life jackets. Solar Powered (but a generator can be used for extra power 20$). Shower, toilet, water (no hot water) Potable water can be provided if needed for a fee. Fire Pit, wood is extra for 20$. BBQ available with propane for $20. And chances are, you will see fireflies! 35 minutes from Sudbury High Falls/A.Y. Jackson lookout, Big Nickel, Science North, Splash N Go Adventures are all within 30 minutes. 10 minutes from Dowling (Tim Hortons, Grocery store and Pharmacy, Chip Stand, Ice Cream). 15 minutes from Chelmsford

The site is on the lake and was quiet and peaceful. I had 2 retrievers with me who loved being able to swim. The hosts invited me to join them at their bonfire in the evening which was incredible. It excelled my expectations, could not have been a better fit for my visit. Thank you.

Lily Pad is a great grassy spot with the woods behind you and a gorgeous view of the lake in front. Marianne is a super kind and helpful host and we felt very welcome. We had a really lovely time and definitely plan to return. :)

My partner and I had an amazing experience with Marianne and Norm! Very helpful and generous hosts, and a beautiful rental space! Both hosts were quick to help and check in for the duration of the trip! Lots of amenities provided or offered! We’re looking forward to booking again in the future !

I really loved my stay at Marianne's, it was a perfect stay. The property is a beautiful setting on the water, also quiet and relaxing. We arrived later than anticipated and Marianne was so welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend staying here. Merci encore!! L'endroit idéal.

We had an amazing time! The camp near the lake is beautiful and so peaceful. It was such a great time. Having clean washrooms is also such a comfort. Marianne was adorable and always offering her help. I’d recommend this campsite and we will come back again for sure!

Beautiful spot on the water, but if you’re looking for privacy this is not the place. So many bugs at night that we had to go into tent early but that is to be expected in the location. Loved the dock.

We loved camping on Marianne's land. The view was beautiful and the hosts were friendly and courteous. Bathrooms were available and firewood was provided for a small fee. Our dog loved to chase the frogs, walk in the forest trails on the property, and fall asleep by the campfire. It was very hot during our visit, but luckily this campsite is right next to a lake (refreshing!). Would recommend, and we will visit again!

Lovely, peaceful spot right on water. It was great to be able to take a dip after a long drive. Breeze off water kept mosquitoes at bay. Marianne was very nice and helpful. I’d definitely book again if ever in the area. Note- if coming from west and gps tries to route you off highway before hwy 144/Timmons exit, ignore it! Ended up at a mining site and had to backtrack.

Lily Pad was the perfect spot for us! Large leveled grassy area, coverage behind, fire pit with grill and on the water! Beautiful dock, shaded area with large swing, indoor toilets and lovely paths through the forest to explore. Marianne and Norm were Amazing hosts! Salt of the earth & just great people! They have a camp up behind the tent spot but definitely not invasive and feels so private and seperate. Dogs were welcomed and shown so much love making our stay feel so much more relaxed. Wood is available to purchase for a very reasonable price for quantity and lots of other extras to add to your stay if you need anything! I will definitely be back :

A great location right on the water. I was able to park my small camper on a nice level grass covered spot. Marianne and her husband have a little cabin around the corner, but my space was still very private. There was a nice bush lot behind me and a tall grassy area with bull rushes in front of me which provided a bit of privacy from passersby on the lake. The lake itself is not overdeveloped so it very quiet and peaceful. Marianne and her husband are very pleasant and friendly. I’d happily stay Marianne’s again.

Beautiful place! They’re very friendly, nice and quiet, great place to kayak, if you don’t have one they rent theirs, plus they’ll sell you a blue ox of wood for $20… would definitely stay again

What a wonderful place and what an absolute wonderful caring couple who took care of every details. We stayed in the RV for one night on our cross country trip both our dogs and we found the stay fabulous. Highly recommend!

This place was so nice we stayed a second night! Very private, right on the lake, beautiful dock, dog friendly, lake was great to swim in, much warmer than I expected… they are willing to rent kayaks etc.., sell campfire wood for $20… we were so lucky to have beautiful weather! I would definitely go back!!

So. The weather was not so good. There’s a fire ban. Mosquitoes? Check. Recipe for a not so good time right? But! The campsite was awesome. Even better? Our hosts. They cared and took great care of us. My kids and I had a great time. Thank you so much!

A great grassy spot that is easy to get to and the host was awesome with communicating. We only stayed for a night but had a nice day experience out of the wind with a good fire. The lake was also perfect for swimming, not too cold or deep.

Very beautiful camping spot right on the water. Easy to pull our camper in then back out, hosts were amazing and friendly. We had a fire pit and the hosts had some firewood for a small extra charge. Worth the stay, will be staying here again for sure!
