We went there for one night for a concert across the street. We would certainly return. The spot was private and the grounds seem well kept. They have a nice pond and some different watercraft people can enjoy. We want to plan a stay with more time to enjoy the grounds.

Gretchen was a great host. We switched our site from 3 to 17 as it was a bit more private and she accommodated the request without issue.
Additionally, the whole restroom and shower set up was great. Made it easy to washe dishes and get a hot shower.
Would definitely recommend this place.

The campground is simply fantastic, Gretchen was very kind to allow early check-in! The facilities are great, the live music on Saturday was extremely enjoyable and the location made my itinerary to Buffalo and Niagara Falls very easy!

a super fantastic experience tent camping at Cherry Hill in Darien. a campground with showers and bathrooms, entertainment for all ages which included a large bon fire ne night and a super awesome band playing the next, for anyone that wanted to attend. sites were large and private. the host was fantastic, and the shop on site was loaded with everything you could possibly need.

The campground was clean and quiet. The campsites are placed so there is privacy for each site. They provide a wash sink, washer and dryer for a fee and plenty of toilet and shower facilities. Tons of birds as they keep the feeders full. I went to Niagara Falls and the drive was quick and easy.

The campground was easy to find, well kept, and Gretchen was super welcoming. Our tent site was clean and close to the bathrooms. The shower had hot water and there was a washer and dryer available for use. Overall I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay.

I loved my stay at Cherry Hill Campground,
Gretchen gave me a very warm welcome despite the fact that I was late on scheduled arrival initial time.
She was very kind, thoughtful and caring and made sure I would be comfortable and safe as a solo traveler.
The campground has an amazing view with the rollercoasters of the amusement park you get to see on the horizon.
It has a Volleyball field and a couple of cute wooden cabins with fire pits for the ones who dont wanna do tent or RV or want more comfort on chillier nights!
They also have a mignon little store with all kinds of cute stuff and souvenirs you can get where they also sell some nice and warm blankets in case you need more to stay warm.
Last but not least, its one of the only Campgrounds in the area that stays open until late October, as most of them close around the second week in.
Would definitely stay there again!

Friendly- everything u might need or forget when camping the store has it all! Clean… warming… music and the scenery is beautiful—- fun activities for all available - pond well let’s just say that looks small - catch a lot for sure and surprise to see live animals around ‘ very cool - I won at the raffle they had ‘ showers are nice and hot along with microwave and radio if needed - lots of places to relax and enjoy or even walk around ‘ quiet ! Space ! There’s plenty of space and not on top of each other ! Definitely a 10 out of 10 !!! Highly recommend to anybody me for a night to relax or fun with kids or without kids !

Cherry Hill Boondocking RV Site
We had a lovely stay. We really enjoyed hiking the trail in the back of the campground. We also appreciated how clean the facilities were. Candace was very welcoming at the camp check in. Thank you!

We got there when it was dark, so it was a little hard to find our site. But Gretchen's directions in advance helped us find it, and she made sure to coordinate everything so we knew what was going on. The campsite was sufficient for our needs and looked like it had a bunch of fun things for families to do there, as well.

Overall we enjoyed our time at Cherry Hill. The availability of a clean bathroom was helpful & the host was gracious enough to upgrade our site to a lean to for free because the area had recently received a lot of rain, leaving sites muddy. That being said, we were very close to other campers, a very large bright and powerful flood light that filled the nearby field and the blue emergency lights of the theme park across the way - leaving us with little to no view of stars and an experience that felt a lot less like camping than we anticipated. Despite the more public than anticipated setting we had a good time while there and we’re thankful to Gretchen for her kind upgrade.

Cherry Hill Campgrounds, hands down has the Softest ground I’ve ever had the pleasure of hammering a stake through with a rubber mallet . Not a single rock was felt by man or stake in either entry or exit. hammering stakes into rockless stoneless soil with no bent or broken metal stakes is a newfound pleasure of mine. i kinda wanted to just keep hammering stakes into that soft ground. lol! Awesome place to camp though. I guess it’s near Darien Lake. A place I have yet to go. stayed at this campground for a friday and left on saturday. found some awesome music and company along the way.

We loved our quiet campsite and got the rest we were looking for. Gretchen was very helpful and recommended a cozy campsite tucked in the corner. It was perfect. Live music was a surprise. Hot shower in the morning revived me for another long day of driving. We were very bummed to miss out on yoga in the morning.

Cherry Hill Boondocking RV Site
We did not realize this was directly across from the Six Flags, and we didn't realize it was an actual campground! It's great if you are going there, if you are looking for peace and quiet, maybe not. It's family friendly and they had live music at night and yoga on Sunday morning. The spots are a nice mowed grass with a short gravel driveway, not the gravel lots you find at a state park campground. Only downside is the spots are pretty close together and there's not a ton of privacy, but it didn't bother us to much and everyone was very friendly.
I'd happily stay here again.

Cherry Hill was a well maintained, convenient site. I only crashed for the night so didn’t explore the surroundings much but made use of the showers, kitchen elements and bathrooms. I would consider again for sure!

I unfortunately stayed for only one night. I wish i could have spent the entire week. All of the campgrounds are close, yet private..intertwining wooded paths connecting small clusters of them. You can tell how much time and effort Gretchen has put in to her land and she clearly enjoys doing so. There is local shower and bathroom house with individual rooms. There is also a vast area at the front of the property for kids (or anyone!) To play volleyball, football, tetherball, frisbee etc., as well as a few horseshoe pits within viewable distance. Dont forget to stop at the front office and check out their awesome store and the ridiculously lovable cat. The property overall was gorgeous and well maintained, thick woods and rolling greens. To the best of my knowledge, they also have live music every week. 11/10 would stay again.

In terms of the location and amenities it was perfect. If you come here durimg the summer bring bug spray and lots of it. I got destroyed by mosquitoes.

This was a pleasant place to stay.
She was accommodating to our late arrival.
It was nice to stay at a campground that had bathrooms, showers and laundry.
It is very close to other things in the area, so it is in a great location.

Gretchen and her crew have done an amazing job creating this campground.: beautiful flower gardens tucked in around immaculately groomed campsites, clean and bright bathrooms and a welcoming vibe. Definitely check out the jewelry she makes in the camp store, where giant bags of ice are less than $3 bucks. I’ll be back for the Cajun Zydeco music, and for YogaFest!

Have been here twice and loved it both times. Lots to do and most of the sites are in the trees in the shade. Staff is super friendly, highly recommend for families.
