Welcome to Avonmore Oasis Camping a 63-acre farm located only 45 minutes from Ottawa! Avonmore Oasis Camping is away from everything yet close to many amazing restaurants that will deliver right to your campsite! The nearest shops are only minutes away for all your camping needs! The famous St Albert's Cheese factory is only 15 minutes away, a must-see! we now have a shower with hot water on demand Due to people not cleaning up after there dogs or watching them and letting them wander to other sites ALL DOGS MUST NOW BE ON A LEASH AT ALL TIMES. a beautiful spring-fed swimming hole that's 200 feet wide and 17 feet deep. Along with the swimming hole, you will have access to fit pits, an outhouse, and picnic tables. Pets are welcome and you may get the opportunity to meet the resident farm animals. This is a spot for everyone, from solo campers to families, there is something for everyone so grab your friends and come camp with us. Avonmore Oasis Camping

A very nice get away spot

We popped in at the last minute last night, and had a very peaceful night. We hardly got to use any of the amenities. However, our sleep was peaceful and well needed. our host was very friendly and helpful and informative. Next time I will planto stay longer.

We tent camped and its a lovely little spot with not too many and everyone have their own privacy spot. Kirk really pays attention to his guest and to his land. Great experience.

Super host, camp is spacious

The property is pristine and beautiful. The camping is spacious. A welcome change after crowded campgrounds. The pond looked inviting. Wish we had time to stay another night or two. The host is welcoming and helpful. This hipcamp is a gem!

Great spot! Hot showers were awesome. Swimming pond is really beautiful! Highly recommend! The host Kirk was very nice and accommodating. Plan to be back next year!

We had such a great time at Avonmore Oasis campground! The land is beautiful with a swimming hole and kayaks/canoe available to use. Kirk is very accommodating and friendly, he sells firewood and even cooks and delivers his own food if desired. He brought a generator to our site multiple times when we needed to inflate an air mattress. Ottawa is close by (45 min away), so it’s a great place to stay if you’re visiting and enjoy camping.
